Joel Smith's Routine

Warm-up 10 min. Stretch L R SO U D. Twist 360 to 540 3 1 min stretches each 3 2 min twist L R One SO and SD stretch between each set of twist stretch. After that 5 hour PM 1 1/2 to 2 lbs. break every 1 to 1 1/2 hr to massage for 5 mins. 4 sets 10 min. 5hg water pumping light jelk 3 min. In between sets . Then 5 hours PM at 1lb to 1 1/2 lb. with some breaks less tension less breaks . Taking 1 week break
