with the flaccid penis i keep it in traction for 30 seconds for 2/3 minutes, then with the penis in semi erection i make jelq in both senses 20 passages (i wish to gain girth at the base of the penis) and then i do stretch with a fulcrum in the 4 directions (up, down, lef, right) mainly right because my penis il left curved, i make 5 stretches fot each kind, in the end i make 50 contractions.
