Jhabbah's Routine

I was retired for a long time and restarting my routine now, adjusting.

5 min warm - rice sock
10 min stretching - up down left right v-stretch A-stretch
30 min jelk - 3-4 sec
3x15 min pump (last 15 min with water)
warm down under shower
