Jelqing For 5 Months Barley Any Gains

Hi I’ve be Jelqing for 5 months now and I only seen very small gains barley noticeable. I’m 7 inches in length and 4.5 inches in girth my main focus is to target girth.

This is my routine
Warm up for 5 minutes
30 sec stretches up, down, forward, left, and right.

Dry jelq for 15 minutes with 30% to 80% erection level
Warm down 5 minutes
I jelq 3 times a week sometimes 5 times week

Is there anything I need to add in my routine to see some results?

Tunica stretches and bed fowfers may help.

I have had no results using the newbie routine for 4 months. My priority is length, so I have been trying JAI stretches for a few weeks now. I would recommend reading as much as you can on this site and progressively increase intensity until you see some results. But, don’t over do it. Increase the intensity little bit by little bit.
