JBucs09's Routine

Started out with the newbie routine(minus Jelquin couldn’t get/maintain an erection)…did that for a few months little to none gains. Started hanging on November with 2.25lbs for 3 sets…have gradually moved up in weight, as of April 2015 I’m at 7lbs. Moving up 1/2 pound every few weeks. Usually I get 3 sets in hanging w/ Redi-Stretcher. But on my days off I can get 5-6 sets in. Will keep moving up gradually in weight and/or switch angles. RIGHT NOW all my hanging is at the BTC angle, want to try straight down or straight out.
