So far I have gained around 0.4” in length and girth. It looks like I’m gaining 0.1” per 100 hours. Maybe I’ll stop with girth workout or I will do even less ulis because I want length first. My unit starts to look powerful at 7.1” x 5” which wasn’t the case before from my subjective opinion.

I must admit that I’m thinking to quit PE because I’m happy now with my size. Maybe a little more length because I want to cement this size. More gains will create a trouble for me..

Plan for the next few months

I was on a little break for a few days last week, but now I will continue with extending. I have made the decision to start SD manual stretching after extending for better gains. Also I’ll be doing ulis before extending to break down the tissue. Currently I’m 7.1” x 5” and the aim for the next few months will be to gain a half inch in length, after that I will be more dedicated to gaining girth.

Keep up the good work, to really cement gains it’s better to extend at least 1000h
