Jammerguy's Routine

Newbie routine for the first 2 months.

Manual stretches for 3 mins each direction. V stretch for 5 mins

Jelq for 20 mins using a 5-6 second jelq at around 80% erection.

Have been infrequent. I started back in 2009 and go for a good 4-5 months about 2-3 days on and one day off then stop again for months.
