This is for yesterday and today.
I’ve found the Newbie Routine steady progression chart, and I’ve started to use that. So now I’m doing:
18 Minutes of Jelqing at 60% or so erection level.
9 Minutes of stretching with 1 minute of BTC stretching.
50 Kegels at 5 second holds.
I’m also now taking Ginko pills, L-Arginine pills, Horny Goat Weed, and I’m looking to get more.
I also just placed an order on a Bathmate and I’m going to look into using that to not only increase my gains, but to also give me a temporary boost when I’m with a girl.
Anyways, just a short update, since I’ve got a lot to do today. Hopefully, I’ll see some more progress in the next month.
Current Stats: 5.5 L & 4.5 G .
Current Goal: 6 L & 5 G by August. Any help is appreciated.
