1. Warm up with hot towel

2. 10 sec Stretch in all four directions

3. Crank 10 rounds left

4. Crank 10 rounds right

5. 20 minute WJ

6. 15 Reps of VJ

7. 10x10 Horse Squeeze. Good 100% erection while doing this today

8. Warm Down with 100 reps of side by side stretches
