Routine for first 3 months of PE: * 5 min warm wrap * 10 min stretching * 10 min jelqs (increased to 20 minutes) * 5 min ulis while edging (the payoff!) * 5 min warm wrap * I take a break on weekends

Routine for second 3 months of PE: warm up * 10 min stretching * 20 min jelquing * 30 min pumping (in 3 10-min sets, with jelq breaks)* warm down * 5 days on and 2 odd* use ADS as often as possible
