Hi all, first post!

So I’ve always felt tiny. Even back in middle school other guys had big ones and mine seemed small. Several years ago a buddy described jelqing to me and it sounded like BS. A couple years ago I bought a stretcher online and in a few months, gained an inch erect and a quarter inch in girth. Wow! But the stretcher was painful, some times my glans would turn dark purple and that freaked me out, the stretcher popped off a lot, plus I’m in school so I quit. Think about PE every day. Whenever my flaccid hang is non existent, whenever I’m naked in front of my girlfriend, whenever I’m naked alone. It’s always on my mind. It turtles up sometimes, especially if I don’t trim back the bushes, and turtling is so uncomfortable! So I’ve been fostering quite a bit lately, not really a routine but playing it by ear, I take a day off if my dick seems a little roughed up. Jelqing in the shower, 10 to 20 times, nothing serious. Yesterday I did 25 in the shower and 75 more at work. But during the last 25 or so I had pretty much a full erection. Now I have four little purple spots on my glans. Not too worried, pretty sure they’ll clear up. Anyway. Measured again this morning and it’s at six and a quarter inches erect! Holy shit dude! I started around five and a half inches erect and four and three quarters erect girth. Now I’m over six inches long and no permanent girth gains. But I’m not stopping. No fucking way! Thanks all! No comment on that… I forgot what those even are, just remember it being on PEgyms list of exercises. If its working for you stick with it, it would seem as though your routine has yielded you gains. What does your routine look like?

I fowfers or LAS or whatever it’s called (tucking my dick past my balls to between my butt cheeks and then sitting on it to stretch) most days for hours if possible. I do some jelqing in the shower but usually no more than 25. I’ve done some girth stuff off and on. Not sure what it’s called, I get a 100% erection then grip the base in an okay grip and then squeeze the blood out of the glans to create pressure in the shaft. Or I get a 75% erection grip at the base and then press the shaft back toward the base, and bend it along the shaft. But only done those several times. I got a quarter inch girth gain from the stretcher but lost it when I stopped doing it. The length stayed though! I just don’t have the time or privacy to do 500 jelqs. Also have a hard time staying soft while jelqing. What do you think?

In the beginning it’s normal to not be able to keep an erection. Also, I don’t see why you would need 500 jelqs. I do 50 dry jelqs per session, which lasts maybe 5 minutes, the rest is holds and kegels. Granted maybe my gains are more due to the hold than the kegels, but I think that would be worth trying if you don’t have that much time.

Thanks for the reply! My problem is I get an erection during jelqs. And then I have to wait a while for it to go down. I see all this stuff about routines of 200, then 300, then 500 jelqs. I just don’t have time for that. So do you think fewer but slower jelqs would be better? Also, tell me more about “holds”

That last excercises you are doing are “Horses”, I do believe.
I’ve been considering purchasing a stretcher (now that I am single, and would be able to wear it often, doh) but also mostly I try like you to ponder and “foster” up solutions that I can keep up with.
I hadn’t tried fowfers since the first time I tried them way back when, but I think I will now have to give them another go.
My initial complaint, I think, was at just shy of 6” and rather thin ( 32-34 waist, <175lb ) it was actually kind of hard to sit and remain seated & tucked on my penis.
However, all things considered, if I can get over that complication, it would actually probably make fowfers one of the easiest and longest lasting stretches possible.
And on top of that, your hands are free to do something else. Lol.

ps - Are you using any form of heat consistently?
I have a rice sock, but only occasionally use it.

Never tried any heat. But fowfers is a pretty good warm up I feel. It’s easiest to do them in a pair of basketball shorts and no underwear. Makes readjusting from multiple angles a cinch. Another way I do them is instead of between the cheeks, I pull it to one side and just put it under my leg. I get a different stretch that way I think. Alternate sides too. Thanks!

How old were you when you gained 1 inch from the extender? Coulddnt it be natural growth? YOu are very lucky you are gaining from a few jelqs. How long does last each jelq? Stay on it and be progressive with the number of jelq and time spent doing harder exercises.

I was 30 when using the extender. All my natural growth is done. Okay, I’ll try to keep the jelqs up. So I should keep raising the number? Or should I try to make each jelq last longer? Thanks for the support guys!

Intriguing, I need to see a video of just what that it, and you say it has yielded you results? I believe those squeezing erection exercises are called ulis? Did you just think to start doing those? lol. In my four years of pain and suffering i’ve learned that penile erections tend to decrease in quality as stress applied to increased. What do I think about your routine? I think its too short but again I also think if you’re gaining you should just sit tight because I don’t know much about the fowfer or ulis having never tried them… So, the only aspect of your routine that I could voice my opinion on if asked would be the jelqing part, which, again I think is too short. He says dry for a reason. Even though I think both of y’alls routines are too short <_<. Bwoi back where i’m from pa and mama, they had us doin like atleast 150 left handed jelqs and another 150 right handed jelqs just to be gettin us along the road to harder workouts. I tell ya, these little hoodlums these days.

The thing is for girth, you want to jelq while erect so it’s not at all the same intensity as your normal wet jelqs.
