Hello there!

I’ve been lurking on Thunder’s on and off since last year. Tried the Newbie Routine for a month - 2 on/1 off, masturbation only on off days - in January of 2013 and achieved moderate but encouraging gains of nearly 1/4" BPEL and 1/3" EG. Then I fell off the wagon. Can’t even remember why.

I’m in my mid-twenties, rangy build without a lot of obvious muscle showing through. Not a lot of fat pad on top of the pubic bone. Penis-wise, I’ve never considered myself small - always felt pretty big, actually. It was actually a surprise when I measured myself properly for the first time last year and discovered I wasn’t as big as I felt!

So now I’m back. With some fortuitous developments possibly occurring soon, I’ve decided to shoot for more! Why? Why the hell not? It’s very true that what counts in the sack (or on the counter-top, leaf litter, lawn, back seat, et cetera) is the motion of the ocean rather than the size of the boat, but on the other hand one can’t take a dinghy out in storm swell. Having more means more to work with, right? Right.

Enough introduction; let’s talk data. I measure in metric, so conversion to United States customary units will make the latter look a little strange.

January 2013 - February 2013 (First Dabble)
Routine: Stock-standard Newbie Routine, performed in the evening before or during a shower. Increased jelq count as I went along, started stretching portion about 2 weeks in. Warm wrap beforehand, steam from shower afterwards.

2014-01-11 Initial Measurements:
BPEL 6.690" ○ EG 5.400"

2014-02-12:
BPEL 6.930" (↑ 0.240") ○ EG 5.700" (↑ 0.3")
(Not at all disappointing, except for the fact that I stopped. Was never sure if I was jelqing quite right, and keeping at the just-right erect level was a challenge. PIs were excellent: I was harder than I’d ever been and popping erect like I was 16, to the point of inconvenience and discomfort. My guess is much of the girth gain came from improved EQ.)

May 2014 - ongoing (Shooting for More)
Routine: Tom Hubbard’s "3 step routine"/"Jelq 2.0" routine (http://pe4.me/jelqing-2-0/ ), performed twice a day. Evening session followed by a soak in the bath to provide heat. I like the no-mess aspect, plus the shorter time commitment works well.

2014-05-16 Initial Measurements, two days after impulsively starting routine:
BPEL 7.010" (↑ 0.080") ○ EG 5.830" (↑ 0.130")
(Stage Goal 1 reached! Wait, what? That was suspiciously fast. Not complaining, but I’d like to know all the same. I don’t want some divine penis auditor showing up to reclaim my gains later, y’know? Flaccid hang looking good.)

2014-05-22:
BPEL 6.929 (↓ 0.081") ○ EG 5.827 (↓ 0.003")
(Negative growth! After a few days of good PIs, morning wood and general EQ started to drop. Perhaps 2x a day for 8 days was overdoing it. I immediately halted for a rest break between May 22 and May 25.)

2014-05-25:
BPEL 7.047" (↑ 0.118") ○ EG 5.709" (↓ 0.118")
(PIs back on track with morning wood and EQ restored. Seems that I healed up okay, with moderate net length gain. That reduction in girth is a worry, but I put it down to moment-to-moment erection wilt from having a ruler shoved against me.)
Routine Alteration: Using lighter grip, focus on quality of jelq "pump", drop frequency to 1/day in the evening, go 3 days on and 1 day off.

2014-05-30:
BPEL 7.165" (↑ 0.118" / ▲ 0.155") ○ EG 5.906" (↑ 0.197" / ▲ 0.076")
(Two weeks in, these gains are moderate but encouraging. PIs are a bit all over the place, with morning wood and EQ inconsistent. Flaccid hang isn’t as good as earlier, but I’m still growing so no alarm bells yet.)

Goals
Stage Goal 1: BPEL 7.000" (✓ 2014-05-16, 2 days in)
Stage Goal 2: BPEL 7.500"
Final Goal: BPEL 8.000" ○ EG 6.000"
Subjective Goals: I want to regularly be able to bottom out in my girlfriend, fill her completely. I want my size to be a point of inner swagger, a source of vain pride. I do not want to become so thick that I cannot have anal sex any more.

So there we have it! I’m going to keep on doing what I’m doing until the growth slows or stops. I’ll be honest; I’m a little doubtful of what I’m seeing. I’m absolutely thrilled with any length growth, and any extra girth is a big bonus. But, my habit of trying to measure myself when I’m at completely full erection might be distorting my results a little. I’ve noticed that a full erection can vary by as much as 1cm depending on whether I’m at rock-hard or merely hard, which two weeks into a routine can play havoc with the fluctuations. It’s leading to a mental situation where I’m not fully certain of my gains and I’m questioning whether I might be misreading the ruler or giving myself a little extra "pump" somehow to keep the numbers going up.

Also, the inconsistent EQ and flaccid hang I’ve been having lately is bothering me. It remains to be seen whether this sorts itself out or some tweaking of the routine is called for. Positive PIs are the benefits that keep me motivated in the short and medium term to keep growth up over the long term!

Despite my misgivings on some short-term detail, I’m super-excited about that gains so far and the gains to come! The day when I can brandish an 8x6 is not close, but I’m confident I can get there. After that, maintenance to lock in the gains and a re-evaluation of the next move.

One Month In

2014-06-15:

These length gains aren’t bad, especially considering they were taken after 4 days of break. The apparent girth loss is worrying, though having switched measuring methods might explain that. My EQ is absolutely fantastic. I’ve started to throw in 12 newbie routine-style jelqs (3 sets of left-under, right-under, left-over, right-over) at the end of the 5 sets. Once rate of increase starts to decline, I might try increasing to 2 sessions/day again and see if that helps.

Checking back in.

Long story short: After I did the thing that motivated my PE, I fell right off the wagon again. Argh!

When I hopped back on the wagon for my last round of PE, I had a very good chance of a threesome coming up. I made gains, then I had the threesome. Well - okay, it wasn’t a threesome so much as me having sex with the third girl while my girl cheered me on. But oh, oh, oh - the difference my gains made! They were the difference between being later rated not just “amazing” but “oh my god, I’ve never been reached there before you lucky girl”.

Ego boost. But here’s the thing, as I’m sure some of you know - feed the ego, it gets full. My ego got full and I got complacent and lazy. I dropped out of PE.

Fast-forward to two months ago. Some new developments had occurred and I decided to continue down the path of self-improvement. I measured myself and nearly dropped the ruler. 1/3rd of an inch of my hard-won length gains had disappeared and my reduced girth hadn’t recovered at all! That night, I warmed in the bath and re-started my old routine.

In that time, I’ve made only 0.15 inch of length gains, compared to 0.31 inches in the same amount of time last run. I’m supplementing with 50mg of zinc daily, which has really helped orgasm intensity and semen production.. But I want more cock to use, damnit!

Having a small crisis of confidence at things being slower than last time. I’m really beating myself up at losing so much time and progress. I won’t make the same mistake this time - I just hope that I’ll be able to make those gains again plus more.

Did 3 days on, 4 days off. Reduction in BPEL and EG is worrying. Slight soreness of penis indicates I may have used too much force and hurt myself. Subsequent in-between measurements showed further shrinkage, supporting this hypothesis. EQ dropped, with duration and ease of maintaining erection way below what it should be.

Backed off and did absolutely nothing, to give things space to heal.

2014-12-18:
BPEL 7.087” (- 0.000” / ▼ 0.157”) ○ EG 5.551” (↑ 0.039” / ▼ 0.039”)

Checking in on healing process. EQ and spontaneous erection rate is improving. EG has recovered somewhat but BPEL holds steady.

At least I haven’t dropped back below 7”.

2014-12-20:

Fifth day of injury rest. My EQ continues to improve, with spontaneous erections returning. I woke up this morning with morning wood, which I haven’t had for a while. Relieved to see BPEL recovering, while EG fluctuates a mm or two.

Felt a small twinge of pain in the side of my shaft while I was fully erect to measure. I am going to take this as a warning sign and continue rest for another day or two, see if I return to my 18.4mm baseline point.

I’ve also backed off on the supplementation, mainly because I’ve run out of zinc tablets. More are on their way, but they’ll take a long while to get here. I did fine on PE without the zinc, so I’ll just continue on as before.

Six-and-change years later, I have decided to return to PE. Aside from a brief dip in during December of 2019—when I briefly used the Linear Newbie routine together with an anti-scar DMSO/iodine/magnesium protocol to help heal some old damage behind my perineum—I’ve not been PEing.

My initial measurements as of today are:
BPEL 6.9685” ○ NBPEL 6.14173” ○ MSEG 5.43307” ○ BPFL 5.07874” ○ MSFG 4.80315”

We can see that although I lost 0.24” of BPEL and 0.079” of MSEG during my period of inactivity, I’m still up 0.27” BPEL and 0.033” MSEG from my initial measurements. I got to keep a quarter-inch from a mere few months of the PEing I started nearly seven years ago, which I call a win!

Presently, my EQ is excellent and my PIs are good.

Goals
Stage Goal 1: BPEL 7.000”
Stage Goal 2: BPEL 7.500”
Final Goal: BPEL 8.000” ○ EG 6.000”
Stretch Goal: BPEL 8.500”
Subjective Goals: Back when I was enjoying the use of my 7.2-incher, I would from time to time find myself bottoming out in some girls—that is, I was able to click my cock-head past the cervix and nestle it in their posterior fornix (a term which, unsurprisingly, I cannot recommend including in dirty talk). The response might be understated as “positive”, and being able to do it made me feel like a million bucks. So as before, I want to be able to bottom out in any girl I like, no matter the position. That means having plenty of dick on tap.

Routine: Newbie Routine, plus gentle dry pumping. That is: 5 minutes hot wrap, 5 minutes manual stretch (ten 30-second stretches), 10 minutes of jelq (two hundred 3-second strokes), 5 minutes hot wrap, 10 minutes dry pumping @ 4.5inhg, and a 5-minute gentle flaccid massage after coming out of the pump. 2 days on, 1 day off. I’ll be gradually increasing to 10 min total of stretches and 30 min of jelqing over 6 weeks, but will keep the pumping at 10 minutes for the first 4-6 months.

Pumping setup is an LA Pump Wide Body Cylinder (1 3/4” x 9”), with a brass air pump that includes a vacuum gauge. I’m using a rubber cushioning ring with the cylinder, to make sure I get a nice seal and do not end up with my scrotum in the tube!

I am living proof that although PE works, inconsistent and unsustained PE works about as well as you’d expect. I hope to keep myself honest and become a living example that consistent and sustained PE yields results that are both plentiful and lasting. Wish me luck!

2021-05-28

I’m going to measure and post after each three-day cycle, to help keep me in the rhythm and accountable.

Both on-days were completed as planned. I had good post-jelq length under vacuum in the cylinder on my first on-day, and drew a dated line on a strip of tape stuck to the cylinder accordingly. This should help me spot any growth over time while in vacuum. Post-jelq length under vacuum wasn’t as good on the second on-day, which may have been down to arousal level or something else. We shall see if I return to the previous length under vacuum tonight. I’m already beginning to pack the bottom of the cylinder, which I think is a good thing since my goal here is mainly to gain length and packing the tube should slow down girth gains.

A couple of mm growth on both BPEL and MSEG. A good sign, but prior experience tells me that I should expect a bit of noise in these measurements with such frequent measurements. Consistency is key. I’ve technically achieved my first goal (which was really just “grow at all”) but I’ll not declare any goal achieved until I have five or six measurements in a row that show me meeting or exceeding it.

One thing I’m having trouble with is resisting the urge to masturbate after each session is complete. I know I shouldn’t—every guide advises leaving the unit alone post-routine—so I must put this knowledge into practice and keep my mitts off of it!

2021-05-30
Rest day today. Took measurements:
BPEL 7.12598” (↑ 0.079” / ▲ 0.157”) ○ MSEG 5.55118” (↑ 0.039” / ▲ 0.118”)

So, another couple of mm on length and 1mm of girth. EQ was somewhat variable during measurement so I was kegeling a bit to try and keep what felt like full hardness, so I shouldn’t be surprised if these measurements are a little over truth and don’t show growth in the next rest period.

On 2021-05-28 I completed routine as planned; length under vacuum was almost up to 25 May’s line. 2021-05-29’s length under vacuum was just over that of 25 May (looked like maybe 1-2mm in through the tube). I’ll not lay down a new line on the tape until I have a significant enough gain that it’s easy to know where to put it - no sense crowding it with a scribble of lines all together.

PIs are OK, EQ seems normal. Feeling a little discomfort from time to time, but nothing I would describe as painful or sore.

Took an extra rest day on 2021-06-03 on intuition, just had the sensation that my unit needed it.

BPEL back at 7.04724”, MSEG much lower at 5.35433”.

Increased stretching to 6 minutes, jelqing to 12 minutes.

2021-06-06
Rest day as normal. EQ pretty good, but staying at peak hardness while measuring is proving difficult. Perhaps I should measure less often?

BPEL remains at 7.04724”.
MSEG has jumped to 5.62992”.

Routine on 2021-06-07 was 6 minutes stretch, 12 minutes jelq, but no time in tube. Took an accidental rest day on [/b]2021-06-08[/b]. Pre-routine measurements on 2021-06-09 were:
BPEL 7.12598” (↑ 0.079” / ▲ 0.157”) ○ MSEG 5.43307” (↓ 0.197” / - 0”)

Millimeters forward, millimeters back.

2021-06-09, 2021-06-10 were 6 minutes stretch, 12 minutes jelq, 10 minutes pump. Removed silicon cushion around end of tube, since it was constricting penis and preventing proper fit in wide tube (clearly made for putting around circular tube). Much more comfortable fit without silicon cushion. Set a new mark on the tube tape line, since the silicon cushion changed amount of length inside tube. Felt slight soreness on back left side of scrotum on 2021-06-10 onwards, which I’m putting down to possible pressure on my left vas deferens during pumping. Will have to be very careful without silicon cushion present. Do other pumpers have advice on testicular safety while pumping?

Pre-routine measurements on 2021-06-12 were:
BPEL 7.16535” (↑ 0.040” / ▲ 0.197”) ○ MSEG 5.51181” (↑ 0.079” / ▲ 0.079”)

Routine on 2021-06-12 increased to 7.5 minutes stretching, 14 minutes jelqing, 10 minutes pumping at 4.5 inhg. Back of left testicle still slightly sore.

Overall, my measurements are quite noisy but I do seem to be gaining with this routine. My flaccid hang seems nice and plump and my EQ is good. Sex feels like I’m slightly longer, though that might be the EQ. Very, very early days yet!

The main issue during pumping I am concerned withis is sucking a testicle into the tube. It does happen and is uncomfortable. Slight pain/soreness in the testicles which I attributte to stretching.

Before pumping I stretch my scrotum and lube it up some. Lube does increase the chance of getting sucked in but positiveis it decreases the chance of ball burn so I can stay in the tube longer. When sliding into e tubI pllmy scrotum out and tightly press the tube in until I get enough vacuum to hold it in place. If you wiggle around there is a greater chance of a testicle slipping closer or under the rim of the tube. Pinching a testicle under the rim can be quite painful and leads to pulling out and starting over. If I need to move around/re position I always press the tube in tight to keep everything in place.

2021-06-13 conducted as normal with 7.5 minutes stretching, 14 mins jelqing, 10 minutes pump. EQ excellent.

2021-06-14 and 2021-06-15 taken as rest days to allow soreness in back of left testicle to subside. Measurements as of 2021-06-15:
BPEL 7.16535” (- 0.000” / ▲ 0.197”) ○ MSEG 5.47244” (↓ 0.039” / ▲ 0.040”)

Decided to remove pumping from next three-day cycle. 2021-06-16 and 2021-06-17 were 7.5 minutes stretching, 14 mins jelqing, no pump. Testicle pain cleared up over this time, so decided to resume pumping.

On 2021-06-19, pre-routine measurements were:
BPEL 7.16535” (- 0.000” / ▲ 0.197”) ○ MSEG 5.472441” (- 0.000” / ▲ 0.040”)

No changes for two routine cycles. Hmm. Hoping to see some gains next cycle.

For 2021-06-19 and 2021-06-20, rotuine increased to 9 minutes stretching, 16 minutes jelqing, 10 mins pump. Sex definitely feeling different; much tighter, definite sensation of being pressed back on.

I’m not sure when the term “jelqing” first appeared, but it might have been in the 1990s. As far as I know, it’s not Arabic, and doesn’t refer to an old tradition. Regardless, old-school jelqing can lead to penis bruising, burst capillaries on the glans (head). It also tends to be sexually stimulating. Mixing masturbation and penis enlargement is always a bad idea. Ejaculating every time you do penis enlargement drains vital energy from your body. Leave all that behind with Jelqing 2.0.

This can safely be done with an erection.

Jelqing 2.0 Step 1: the inner penis pull

Reach as far inside the pubic bone opening as you can, with your thumb and two fingers.
Pinch the inner penis on the sides, and pull for about two seconds. Your range of motion will be only 2-3 cm (1″).

Do this jelqing exercise 10 times with each hand: 10 X hand-l + 10 X hand-r

Take care not to pinch nerves! If you feel pain, modify your grip to avoid it.
A slight pelvic thrust helps you reach deep inside

Jelqing 2.0 Step 2: the Shaft Pull

Pinch the sides with your thumb and two fingers, at the base of your visible penis.
Pull outwards to the head of your penis, taking about 3 seconds. The skin moves with your hand. Put pressure only on the spongy sides of your penis, not the top and bottom.

Do this jelqing exercise with each hand: 10 X hand-l + 10 X hand-r

If you do this with an erection, pull only in its natural direction. In other words, if your erection points up, don’t force it down, or to the side.

Jelqing 2.0 Step 3: the head pull

Make an “OK” grip directly behind the head, or glans.
Pull outward, gently but firmly, for one second only. If you get an erection, pull only in the natural direction of your erection as mentioned above, or simply skip this step.

Do this jelqing exercise with each hand: 10 Xhand-l + 10 X hand-r

If you’re pulling your penis down, try pulling up with your abdominal muscles at the same time

Never use the “OK” grip á la old-school jelqing instructions, creating intense fluid pressure in the shaft and head of your penis. This can (ask me how I know?) result in bruises and burst capillaries which, while temporary, are ugly and scary, and you lose penis enlargement days while you wait for them to heal.

How often to do these Jelq 2.0 exercises?

That’s your decision. You have now completed one set of 60 pulls. I recommend five sets per session (a total of 300 pulls), and three sessions per day, a total investment of thirty minutes or so. But you can do more or less, perhaps doing one heavy-workout day of five sessions followed by a rest day. If you wake up in the morning and your penis feels sore from the workout the day before, take a rest day. Please let me know what feels best for you. This is a new routine.
