I’ve been extending for alittle over two weeks. Would I be jumping the gun if I cracked out the ruler?

It is like going to the gym. It takes a lot of time and attention to quality. Nothing good comes easy in life. I would say fall in love with the process and the results will follow.

I remember you gave me some advice before. Thanks again. Damn tho, if it’s anything like going to the gym it’s gonna be a real grind. I’m just afraid of investing the energy and getting nothing in return. The gym is proven theory, PE not so much. Even with all the clinical studies. My biggest challenge is overcoming my doubt. It’s hard to believe this shit works when I’ve been told this was impossible my whole life. Still, I’m the type to not believe it unless I see it with my own eyes. I’ll just have to continue, experiment, and see if anything gives. I completely understand your concern. The only way to gain in this game is to believe and commit.

So for me PE has been a simple undertaking because I am an extremely horny dude. So I simply just replace masturbating with PE, it’s a simple transfer of energy. Delay measuring as long as you can. Focus on a solid routine that leaves your EQ in a good place. I’ve found that the ruler didn’t show change and then I had growth spurts.

Thanks. I’m gonna try to view it as ear stretching which I know takes a long time. So the penis being an entire organ is bound to take even longer. Beyond that tho, I think there’s a lot of dudes on this site who are just full of shit. Claiming they add .5cm every 2weeks, no way your doing that without fucking your unit up. Others claimed to have gained 1.5inches in erect length in under 2months. Foh. I’m gonna try not to obsess over PE tho. I’m gonna measure every 6-8 weeks, and add another 200 grams of tension if I see no gains or if they have begun to stall. I’m only looking for a centimeter so hopefully I get there soon.

I personally do check up measurements all the time. And just recently I’m going to start monthly official measurements. These official measurements are going to cover most of the main type of measurement that we see here on thunders. So in general once a month of a wide range of measurement should be enough to accurately track your progress.

I started PE thinking it was a bunch of hooey, but after a week of extending and a real light weight stretching and jelqing routine, I was looking at an erection and thought to myself “Wow, that looks bigger already, it can’t be can it?”. I ignored all advice I had been given, told myself if it hadn’t changed I should not already be expecting any results. Then went ahead and measured. I had very quick and measurable length gains when I started this. Seeing actual proof it was working was kind of a mind blower, and definitely encouraging. So I say, measure any time you like. Just don’t let it affect you negatively if you haven’t seen gains yet. They ARE coming.

I feel like I’ve gained alittle bit. I’m using my phone for reference atm, I’ll obsess with the ruler. I remember you told me you gained 1.5” in 6weeks, tbh that’s hard for me to believe, but everybodies different. Maybe your cells just respond to trauma and reproduce at an abnormally fast rate 🤷🏽‍♂️. In my mind I’m alittle closer to the length of my phone than I was before, could just be placement though. I’ll find out soon enuf.
