Ironman's Progress Log
I’m 5 days from starting the newbie routine after a 2 week rest from grossly overtraining with a penomet pump.
Starting stats : 6.5” x 5.25”
Supplements : Opti men, phenibut on occasion
Outside training : 2 mile run 3 days a week, lifting 3 days a week, ruck marches 4 or 5 days a week
Diet : Mostly clean, average 1.5 - 2 gallons of water
That’s about all that I can think of that’ll effect training. Will report back in a month.
