I’m 5 days from starting the newbie routine after a 2 week rest from grossly overtraining with a penomet pump.
Starting stats : 6.5” x 5.25”

Supplements : Opti men, phenibut on occasion

Outside training : 2 mile run 3 days a week, lifting 3 days a week, ruck marches 4 or 5 days a week

Diet : Mostly clean, average 1.5 - 2 gallons of water

That’s about all that I can think of that’ll effect training. Will report back in a month.

Good. I do train the all body, and not just the penis. I like to feel and be in shape (for me).

First workout today.. Completely terrible. Rice sock 5 minutes, jelq 100 reps nice and slow, rice sock warm down and 50 kegels. I didn’t feel like the jelqs did anything, too little blood, felt like a complete waste of time today. I’ll try again tomorrow for day 2.

Took an extra day, made my room nice and hot as per the advice of thoughtfulgold, and warmed up with a rice sock. Good workout for sure, very encouraging. I’m taking tomorrow off even though it’s an off day, following one on and one off for a while to ease into it.

Happy to hear it turned out much better. That’s the sort of stuff that gains are made of. Caution to ease in makes you condition better in my opinion. I started with 1 on 1 off for a bit, myself.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

I’ve been having some good workouts lately, everything seems to be working better this time around. I’m going to hit the one month mark and measure, then probably add back in (extremely) light pumping after my jelqing sessions with my penomet. I’m focusing on girth, because really, I just want to get it above 5.5” and I’ll be happy and done with all PE but kegels. Based on my experience so far, 6.5”x5x5” is the ideal size. Big, satisfying, but not enough to hurt or be bad for blowjobs.

Workout 4 today, 11 minutes of jelqing and 54 kegels. Damn, this is feeling good, getting better and more consistent erections. I took some tadalafil because I was out drinking the other night, and even drunk it was made of diamond. Good stuff, I’m going to stay here for a few more workouts to make sure I don’t push too hard.
