So today I did two pumping sets, and ADS for a few hours and some stretching. Hardly a hard day IMO. I will be taking tomorrow off, and quite possibly may just gear my routine more towards pumping. I saw a Brazzers picture today (pornstars like it big vids), and the guy was THICK (more than me) but probably 7.5 NBP, and he looked huge, and that is much more attainable than what I was aiming for.

So I might just do much more work with my smaller pump, include some stretching and jelqing because I’m iffy about pumps causing permanent growth, and some hanging on the side. I don’t know if I have the patience hanging takes in addition to the lack of response I am getting from it.

However, rumor has it that BIB did not get gains until he was in the high 20# mark, and that, sounds like me.

It is difficult to judge by pictures too. I notice that guys in the Thunder’s member pics area with the —same— stats as mine look HUGE compared to me.

Since that can’t really be possible, my mind must be playing tricks on me.

Lastly they have their tricks on porn sites like brazzers. Not to say that porn guys are not large. But if you put a small girl with a guy, the guy will look much bigger in a picture than he is in real life. Especially if you shoot the picture from a low angle.

I have been staying in the 3”hg range for quite a while now and my results are the best ever. Seems I really wasted a lot of time, like years, trying to make pumping at high pressure work. If you want to skip all the hassle and go right to getting consistent excellent results, just try pumping at low pressure for a week. I do three 12 to 15 minute sets every work out with a massage to full erection between each set. Finish off your routine with a full erection for at least 5 minutes. You will be impressed with you flaccid size and EQ.

From my research it seems like a fair number of people pump 3 to 5 times a week.

Personally I vary my PE workout schedule between one on/one off and one on/two off, just depending on how I feel and what’s going on.

I agree, however I don’t hardly even feel a stretch at 3 hg. 6” is more my range.

What would be the worst that could happen if you were to follow gprent’s recommendation of 3x 12 minutes sets at around 3hg for a week? From the same thread:

I did a ton of research before I started up (I lurked at TP for a year!), and Thunder’s pumping conventional wisdom is keep it under 5hg or you could be stressing the tissues too much. Several of the vets say anything above that starts getting counterproductive.

I guess I am way into “less is more” PE, as it has worked pretty well for me so far. Of course everybody is different.
