Yes, I am. On and off, because if I leave the thing on, it gets so hot it burns.

For some reason the past couple days my flaccid has been pretty damn small, it’s not hanging thick and low at all. However I have been extremely mentally not happy and pretty nervous, I guess there is a correlation.

I am always 7.5 BPEL now though, even with a weaker erection, so I’ll take that back and say now I am gaining slowly. I haven’t had a rock hard lately because I am not with a girl at the moment.

Now on my off days I will be wearing my Penismaster, for as long as I can. I am starting to truly believe the key to length is low force, long time. Plus I hear that though some weird action these things always make people boners stronger too.whatever.

The thing doesn’t lengthen enough for me to get a full stretch, But I was also told that they work better when your not pulled to your max.

Yes, that means something good — there probably was a time when you had to work really hard to get that 7.5 BPEL measurement. Now that you get it easily with a mediocre erection is a really good sign that growth is happening or on the way.

I had forgotten your stats until you mentioned this, so I went back to your first post — CONGRATS on all you have achieved.

On the other hand, I doubt you hit 230 lbs overnight either. Seems like it is taking me forever to lose this last 10 or 15lbs. I’m not a very patient person, but sometimes what can you do.

The more I think about it maybe you are right to drop pumping for the time being and focus on hanging. I don’t know if you have seen Shunga’s progress report — he seems to be doing pretty well with hanging.

Guys are gaining length with pumping, but I just have never researched how they do it — my interest in it was for girth. A search on “length” would probably turn up something on routines, or you could always ask over there. I thought of Shunga though because I remembered he was pretty happy with girth and wanted length. I think that is what you are aiming for too?

Well right when I dropped girth work my flaccid and even my erect seemed to dwindle down slightly, mainly just my flaccid hang. So I will continue to do girth work probably twice a week. I don’t think hanging/ length work is that taxing on the penis.

I am hanging always up now, and have a nifty screw type thing to hang my rope over screwed into my desk, and I am hanging at 60-90 degrees (switches up) Apparently that worked well for guys who had around 6 months of no hanging gains (almost sounding familiar here) and then they got a half inch within 2-3 months (what a miracle that would be) But we’ll see.

I really like clamping, mainly probably because I rub myself when I am clamped (your supposed to keep an erection right?)
And I do 2 pumping sets in between the clamping, here’s a better way to put it: Clamp, pump, clamp, pump. All done pretty light however. But the clamping is usually a little harder, and for around 10 minutes.

So After the girth work today (blister on head from vac hanger) I was hanging thicker but not really longer. My skin could be pulled over my head! It was weird, like being uncircumcised for the first time in my life, it seems to feel way better though.

ALSO, I have been having orgasms a lot quicker for the past month about. However I was put on a medication called Bromocriptine (Parlodel) to partner with my HRT, It helps dopamine levels and my neurotransmitters are terrible. It’s the reason I am so down in the dumps sometimes and not really a cure. So I am finding a way to combat this, probably Glutamine due to it’s high neurotransmitter conversions.

I don’t think pumping between clamping is a good idea, iron; you want to restore blood-flow between clamping sets, not the adverse.

Also, I think you’re pushing too much on your penis, so it is becoming stronger.Maybe it’s time to take a decon-break?

Or just take some time off, while doing only a light routine. I never pumped, but I know pumping and clamping (which normally can stress the penis enough by itself) is kinda tough on your penis.
