IPR P phase clamping and extending

That’s awesome. With the layered compressible wraps, it’s easy to get a tight enough clamp that there’s no backflow. It’s also possible to go REALLY tight with relative comfort, even dangerously so in my opinion. As in crushing nerves and soft tissues.

There’s a zone where over a small amount of tightening, the shaft gets much harder, and the clamp might move slightly toward the base and there’s a feeling of locking in as outflow is completely cut off. It really doesn’t take much more than that to stop backflow and get a really good seal that will hold through most any squeeze.

Anyway, just throwing out the proverbial cautions. Play it safe, use just as much tightness is needed to “lock in” or cut off backflow. With the right wraps you can go quite a bit tighter, and it adds a lot to the risks but it doesn’t add much benefit at all.

Also the PF extender sounds great. It looks like the best vacuum extender system, although I’ve never tried it. I am familiar with hanging, and I know getting in lots of hours and duration under stress is taxing. The PF seems to make it easy and comfortable on the body (posture, stealth abilities) and the attachment system seems a step above as well. I might try it some day. Currently just maintaining at 7+ length until I get to 5+ girth territory.

Yup, will be careful. For me I’m aiming to get it just at the point where after a TT session followed by TTr compressions, it’s still pretty much erect and hasn’t deflated at all, or at least not much.

Start: 6" BPEL x 5" EG (mid)

Current: 7.5" BPEL x 5.98" EG (average distal/mid/base shaft)

Goal: 8" BPEL x 6.5" EG (whole shaft)

I’ve been using it for about a week and so far no gains, no surprise there lol

Although one thing I’ve re-discovered is that I think I am one of those lucky men with the “steel cord”.. There is definitely a strong steel like structure running down my penis, and at its most stretched state in the PF, it is definitely the limiting factor. It’s super tense, if it weren’t for it, my penis would stretch endlessly. So I am doing fulcrum extending against the cord with heat at 120 degrees at the stress point. I am not sure what protocol to use yet, but it’s been suggested to switch the stress point in 1/2 to 1” increments along the shaft. Not sure what durations at each stress point, or at what force. Just currently doing the base at maximum tolerable PF strength. Come to think of it though, when I gained back when I hung in 2014, I was gaining with fulcrum hanging but downwards and fulcrum in the base. But now this steel cord is near the top, so SU with fulcrum on top seems to make more sense..

Any ideas as to how to tackle this steel cord?

And if you ever do get a PF, I modified the small and medium bells (which are pretty useless if your head is 4.5” or more) into XXL and XXXL bells my epoxying them to vitamin pill containers and using the extra condom sleeves. I know have sizes 1.5” ( the large bell), 1.65” (the XL bell from PF, in the mail, before I had this stroke of genius), 1.80” (using the medium bell and a cinnamon container), 2” and 2.25” (using vitamin pill containers) in diameter. I am staging my extending in the bells as when I start my head fills the 1.5” pretty fast. Then I move up to the 1.8” as my 1.65” is not here yet (which may be redundant and a $47 waste), and end with the 2” bell. By the end, my head is huge, measured 14cm almost or 5.5”. The 2.25” bell is there just in case. Later my head falls back to its normal size, or even turtles. I have yet to see any permanent growth, but it keeps growing in the mini pumps, so I am thinking that at some point it has to translate to gains. I mean it goes 4.7” (normal) to 5.5” (after pump/extending) so a 0.8” temporary gain. Perhaps it’s like the relationship between BPFSL and BPEL. At some point gains must occur.

Genesis 2006 = 5.8" x 4.7" /// Round 3 2019: Hanging again = 7.99" x 5.5" /// ST Goal 2019 = 8" x 6" /// End Game 2020 = 9" x 6.5"

Have you found a way to tackle your limiting cord?

When connective tissue is stretched within therapeutic temperatures ranging 102 to 110 F (38.9- 43.3 C), the amount of structural weakening produced by a given amount of tissue elongation varies inversely with the temperature. This is apparently related to the progressive increase in the viscous flow properties of the collagenous tissue when it is heated. (Warren et al (1971,1976)
