Introduction - Progress report

This is my first post, I have been reading on the exercises for a while and have finally started doing them. It’s very motivational to see other guy’s posts and progress. I’m hoping PE will work for me as well!

My main goal is to gain Girth. I have already a very good EQ and, even with my moderate size, my girlfriend complains that depending on the position I hit her cervix in a painful way, so looking at not gaining length, or at least very little if possible.

Pre-PE status:

EQ: 100% - I’m able to hold an erection for a pretty long time with what I think is 100% of my size (1-2hrs of being hard at 95-100% comes pretty easy)
NBPEL: 130mm (5.1in)
BPEL: 141mm (5.5in)
MEG: 129mm (5in)

Goal:
EQ: 100%
MEG: 160mm (6.3in)
BPEL:141mm - (not shrinking is the goal here :)

I’m on my first week, have been following the newbie routine, 1 day on, 1 day rest:

- Rice sock for warming up (5-7 minutes)
- Simple Manual Stretches (2 minutes)
- Wet Jelq with Vaseline at 80% - 90% erection (about 150 jelqs/10 minutes)
- Rice sock/hot shower/both for warming down (5-15 minutes)
- Kegels (30x holding 10s)

Notes:

- I’ll measure again on 01/09;
- I have noticed no spots
- Penis doesn’t hang fuller after jelqing
- I feel a minor discomfort a couple hours after the exercise in the bottom side of the penis (near frenulum), it disappears 16-24h after doing the exercises. I think my grip is too tight, I’ll try to soften it on the next rounds.
- I’ll not be having sex for the next 30-40 days, trying to masturbate only on days off.

What kind of grip are you using on jelqs?

On stretches, are you gripping on the frenulum?

-Thanks for the advice, will do it at a <80% level.
- On jeqls, I’m following the grips in these videos from the newbies routine, I alternate 20x ok grip, 20x overhand ok grip (https://free-pe nis-enlargement … g/wet-jelq.html)
- On stretches, I hadn’t noticed. Yes, you’re right, I’m gripping there. Maybe I should try gripping more like mid-shaft?

Try using a C grip rather than the OK grip, puts less pressure on the CS and focuses on the sides of the CCs better.

What capernicus1 just said and on stretches, grab an inch away from the glans, with the finger not touching the frenulum.

If you are uncircumcised, pull back the skin before start gripping to stretch.

Stretch totally flaccid.

Hey Bazingabenga (nice name),

about the discomfort, I now attribute mine to improper grips and jelqing at a too high EQ. Personally I’ve gained some girth with low EQ jelqs anyway, perhaps you’re equally fortunate. The early months of PE are considered conditioning even though many people experience gains. Don’t rush into the high EQ stuff before you get your grips right, that’s like lifting too much weight before you learn to lift from your legs. You’re likely to naturally end up with a C grip anyway, so try that as suggested by others. Finally use plenty of heat and try edging. Edging is a good gage for determining if your workout was successful (slightly sore) or if you’ve overdone it (discomfort), and seems to help gains. If there’s a limit to heat, I haven’t found it and I’m up to 15 minute warm up and doing my entire workout (and 10 minutes after) under the IR lamp or in the shower. I wouldn’t worry too much about masturbating if I were you, the process is self-limiting.

Thanks everyone for the tips, using the c grip and stretching further from the head made me feel no pain at all. A VERY slight soreness for 20-30 minutes after the routine then it disappeared. Will be perfecting my C grip. It’s difficult to stretch flaccid as I am uncircumcised and a total grower so don’t have much space to grip.

Today is the end of the first week, the routine is pretty much the same:

- Rice sock for warming up (5-7 minutes)
- Simple Manual Stretches (2 minutes)
- Wet Jelq with Vaseline at 50% - 70% erection (about 150 jelqs/10 minutes)
- Rice sock/hot shower/both for warming down (5-15 minutes)
- Kegels (30x holding 10s)

Tomorrow is a rest day, will pick up on Wednesday, for week2. I’m planning on increasing slightly jelqing time and kegels have been super easy as I had done them in the past, so will try doubling the amount.

1day on, 1 day off

I didn’t notice the time of jelqing until it was past, so rounded to 15 minutes.
Felt like Kegels were too easy so tried to test my limit, 5x of 60s and I started to feel the muscle getting tired so I stopped, will keep this for this week and try to increase gradually
No soreness or pain (thanks again for the C grip tip)
Have not had morning wood so far, but that’s never been a thing for me, hoping they’ll start being more frequent
Ordered a 100w IR lamp, will start using it during the routines

Was looking at possibilities for week 3 and the current plan is to keep the same routine but move up to two days on one day off.
I’m doing Kegels on days off as well. I’ve read a great deal about them but I’m still unsure, in practical terms, how they improve your performance. I’ve noticed that if I relax or contract the PC muscle, the sensitivity on the shaft changes and also the distance and pressure of ejaculation.
It’s very easy to relax the muscle, which keeps me going for an extra few seconds, and seems to release less sperm, while if I try to contract it, like doing a Kegel, it’s extremely difficult, but it seems to build pressure and there’s more volume.

Had my last day of week2 on Sunday. Same routine.

- Wet Jelq with Vaseline at 50% - 70% erection (15 minutes)

Today was meant to be my first day of week3 but I’m skipping it as I’m not sure if I’m overdoing it or not. I have had only one day of morning wood, even though they were not very frequent, once in two weeks is less than I expected.

In terms of EQ, I thought I was at 100% but I can definitely notice an improvement. My package is harder than it ever was and I can still keep it hard for as long as I need to.

I measured it a several times, with different EQ, it seems to have improved. It seems unrealistic to have actually gained anything after two weeks of exercising, so I can’t tell if I had any gains or if I didn’t measure it at 100% EQ the first time.
I got improved results every time, with 100% EQ.

Initial measurements 2 weeks ago:
NBPEL: 130mm (5.1in)
BPEL: 141mm (5.5in)
MEG: 129mm (5in)

Current measurements:
NBPEL: 133mm (5.2in)
BPEL: 145mm (5.7in)
MEG: 131mm (5.1in)

Will stay off for another day or two, then pickup the exercises again, same as week2 but one day on, one day off and will add Firegoat rolls to prevent any discoloration.

After 4 days rest, didn’t get morning woods, but still rock solid erection. I don’t get as hard as while doing the exercises as quick though. Back to my normal EQ, plus a little bit more EQ if I try hard enough.

I remember reading one post from one of the mods saying something like "If your EQ decreases during a break, you were probably not over training". That makes sense to me.

I’m thinking my lack of morning wood is due to masturbation, not the exercising, so doubling the efforts in not playing with my buddy. Been difficult as I’m away from my lady for a while.

Did my regular routine today:

- Simple Manual Stretches (2 minutes)

Any other advice, maybe a different exercise that would help improving it? Or maybe I’m just worrying too much and should focus on the positive sides, gains and diamond cutting EQ?

Got morning wood today. Same routine as before, stick to that, 2 days on 1 day off until mid September when I meet my lady again, we’ll see what she thinks about my improved hardened steel erections. Will stop posting the routine as it won’t change but keep using this topic as a log. I’m edging, non regularly, and practicing controlling the PC muscle before ejaculation to see what different effects I get by doing a Kegel, a reverse Kegel or just relaxing it near PONR and after it.

On a side note, I have the exact opposite of premature ejaculation. I can usually keep going for a good hour, or more, and I don’t really cum until I manage to find that sweet spot that gets me really close to PONR, either with my lady or with my hands. The issue is, it’s not always that I manage to do that. I think sex used to be more pleasurable, my package was more sensitive a couple years ago. I’ve read about the death grip syndrome, and that might be affecting me. I have noticed as well since I started Jelqing, not that I get closer to PONR easier, but when I do it’s more.. Intense. Maybe because I’m focusing more on my unit, maybe because the extra blood actually improves the sensitivity.

Leaving a question in case someone reads this, what I would like to learn is how to always find that spot, and manage to cum whenever I want to. It’s easy for me to not cum, I can change positions, slow down thrust, do a couple of breathing exercises, but not really speed it up. Couldn’t find any exercises for that in the forum, a few topics about it but no objective tips or tricks on how to achieve that. Any suggestions?

Skipping the routine today, woke up with my foreskin really really swollen and feeling funny. Found this post Swollen foreskin so not much information. I’m not super worried, but it’s frustrating. If it doesn’t wear off in a day or two I will go see a doctor.

My buddy was looking normal today, did my usual routine, followed up by a 30 minutes edging session. All feeling normal, another update tomorrow.
