Introduction and Routine

Hello All,

First off, thank you to everyone who has taken time to answer question and keep the forums on track. I have read through entire threads already and gained some great information. I hope to report my progress bi-weekly and keep it very simple while straight to the point. Hopefully my records and progress will be of use to some if any and my goal is not only to make gains for myself, but to eventually provide answers to those who need help as I gain more experience. For now, my goal is more length and girth to a modest degree.

Please feel free to post your opinions, concerns and motivations!

STATS
BPEL: ~7
MEG: ~5
(Concrete measurements will come later)

<My strategy for my first 6 months>

Equipment: Bathmate / Bib Hanger / Cock Ring
PE Frequency: ~30 Minutes Daily
PE Type: Ramp Up Progression
Motivation: Ego & Sex

Routine after Gym:
5-8 minute warmup in bath
15 minutes water pumped (low/mild pressure) (60-80% erect) (tube milking as necessary)
—Kegels during pump (until fatigued)
5 minute Jelq
5 minutes pump (medium-high pressure)
30 second directional stretches (5x2) (out, up, right, down, left) (5 minutes total)

Morning Routine (starting after 1 month):
5 minute warmup in shower
Directional stretches for 5 minutes
Hang for 15-20
Cock ring through out day until gym

Too many things for not enough time each. Ramping up progression, if you mean force, well it’s the wrong way.
A cock ring after hanging, I am not sure what would do; the Bib tend to restric circulation so a cock ring after is not a good idea. Bathmate is a piece of shit and gots no gauge, so ‘high pressure’ means for sure ‘too much pressure’.

I think you should start from the newbie routine and in the meanwhile read more about each of the devices you plan to use in the future.

I see your point. I read through the BM threads and many were saying they use it for warmup and in addition to their manual workouts, so I might just go that route. Also, I am pretty sure you made a post about adding a hydraulic gauge to the BM that I will utilize to mod it. I know that 3-5HG is what is best for long term pressure, but without the gauge I was pumping only up to a slight pressure that is very comfortable. By high pressure I only meant that for the last of the remaining time I would ensure a slightly increased pressure that remains far enough below the “no go” threshold. Lastly, my ramp up progression was more in thought of time, not pressure. As in starting slow with 10 minutes for a pump and eventually maybe working up to 15>20>25 and perhaps more frequently throughout the day. I apologize if the relativity of my terminology was misinterpreted. Still trying to learn how to best communicate through forums :) .

It’s tough to choose between some products because some PE gurus in the forums praise equipment that others do not. Based on the research I have done on the BM and bib hanger (though some a few years old), large gains can be benefited if used properly.

You’re right about the cock ring. I will certainly leave that out of the mix and try to gear towards what I already have. Do you think that manual exercises trump all equipment?

Well, thanks to God we don’t have PE gurus here :) .

Bathmate makes use of a marketing strategy that is based, among other things, on fake testimonials in PE forums. There are little chances that an average guy with a normal life can have permanent gains with it. Hanging and extenders require a hell of time and have a long learning curve; beside that, you’ll need manual exercises as a companion to avoid that your EQ falls down to the ground.

Hanging doesn’t go well in hand with pumping and clamping.

But the main point here is: why do you believe you’ll need a device? Manual exercises could be the sole thing you need through your whole PE career.

Interesting. I thought everything could be worked in together if appropriate measures were taken to recover. In the one thread you sent me, gprent, lampwick, mgus and sta-kool all bought a BM and used it in addition to their routines. Bathmate Users — how do you manage pressure? They claimed success as well, but are they wrong? I know those posts are older and something might have changed over time with the experiments and research that I do not know about.

My routine doesn’t necessarily need equipment, but I already have the BM and haven’t seen indications on Thunders that the BM or BibH would be detrimental if used properly in conjunction t manual exercises. In fact, the experienced PE users on all the main pumping threads here are saying that with the combination of manual stretches and equipment, gains increased in the long term (especially when doing manual stretches after BM use because of the heat).

I am not trying to rush my gains, promise. However, I do want to make the best of my time and investment. The BM works because I take baths after the gym to sweat, PE, and watch TV/read. Also, my BM and BibH use would never be back to back. Any hanger use would be split and according to overall routine comfort.

You believe that many experienced PE posters should be ignored?

I have not read tht whole thread but as far as I can remember all the people you mentioned have been negative toward the bathmate (I just checked some of gprent’ posts to be confident, and I am). I can’t either remember anybody who was successful with pumping and hanging together, so I am not sure to which’many experienced members’ are you referring to.

Hanging is a completely different beast than manual stretching, by the way.

Interesting. I have been reading through all these threads entirely and although some of the posts are from years ago, they really seemed optimistic about the bathmate if used properly and not abused. I will heed your advice and place the emphasis on manual exercises. But I am going to test the BM with the routine out of curiosity. I really haven’t seen anyone utterly hate the product on the forums other than a select few that simply prefer different means or haven’t read the warnings throughout the forums on abuse or over pressured use that create the nasty effects. All the members I mentioned were actively using it and claimed results in conjunction to manual exercises. Granted their routines are much more advanced.

You’re probably right about the BibH use along with pumping being an over stress on the tissue. I think the members were using the two products in different time periods perhaps.

How long do people maintain a single routine before changing it all together? Or is just based on feel and gains? I’ve read multiple answers on this.

Again, it depends. To have permanent measurable gains from pumping, many people will need months if not years, assuming they are intermediate PEers. To see if hanging is working or not, you’ll have to do at least 200-300 hours of hanging. A manual based routine can be judged after 2-3 months; if nothing is moving, you have to change something.

I love the metrics and time frames. Thank you for that. Do you recommend any type of pump or are you a firm manual PEer?
