Hello everyone,

I would like to make this thread to update my journey weekly for you, and for me. I tried PE 2 or 3 years ago, I was young and not persistent enough. I stopped after maybe 2 months. I didn’t measured well back then, but I noticed really good sensations in my penis. It felt bigger, blooder.

After reading a lot, I am back. It’s been 1 week. I measured it so here are my sizes :

BPFSL : 17 cm (6.69”)
BPEL : 15.5 cm (6.10”)
NBPEL : 14 cm (5.51”)
GIRTH : 12.7cm (5”)

As you can see, it is pretty small. I don’t have any problem with that. I want a bigger one to feel more (and okay, maybe a little for my ego). I am not a fan of the LOT theory since I have a 7 or 6 LOT aha. I would like to improve my EQ as well, but I have a little problem with masturbation. Unfortunately, I like it and when I begin to do it, I can’t stop. It kills my EQ litteraly, and it is difficult for me to do proper PE. I work on that.

So my goal, is : 16.5cm BPEL, and 13cm GIRTH. Maybe a 15cm NBPEL. I think it is doable.
Its been more or less 1 week that I came back in the game. My routine is :

- No warm up (I found out that stretches are more efficient that way. Of course, I am very cautious and careful about sensations)

- 5-7 minutes stretches, 2.5mn BTC, 2.5 mn straight down, and then 1mn each BTC straight down (I am only doing these stretches to see in 1 or 2 weeks if there is any improvement in size. If there is, good, I’ll keep doing it. It there is not, I will do other stretches).

- 50 jelqs +5 per day (So I am currently at 75 jelqs).

- No warm down
I don’t know yet if I will do 5 days on 2 days off, or 2 on 1 off. I will try both and see which one is better for me.

I will try to do this routine during 3 months, then I will change, depending on the results. I really like the Mem’s momentous rapid gain mechanism routine, and I hope I will try it and have some good gains as well with the newbie routine.

I will keep this update to tell you the results. I will measure my penis let’s say the 4th or 5th June :)

You must be feeling the stretch ealier because your penis is not warmed up, this is where the danger is at.

This situation is similar to body stretches: if you don’t warm yourself up before start, that feeling of “better” stretch will appear.

I did stretch once without warming up and my penis didn’t went too far away from the body. In my case, heated penis will stretch further.

No it is not. It’s a good bit above average. You have my starting length.

Also 0.3cm isn’t much of a girth goal. Length should be reasonably doable aswell.

I don’t warm up either when I stretch my body. I have much more results without warming up, so I would like to try with PE :)

As for Brainhans, I have very little goals, so I can reach them and be happy when I will ! Of course, I have a long term goal of the biggest dick I can have :D

I have a question though. When I stretch, I feel a pull on my lower abs. It makes sense, because the abs are on the pubic bones, but does it mean that I do well my stretches ?

Little Update.

PE is very hard to do when you don’t live alone actually. I managed to do my sessions anyways.

I have poor EQ and no morning wood so far, lack of libido I guess. I don’t over trained since I do 6 minutes stretching and 90 dry jelqs.

I couldn’t wait to measure it, so did I today, at least for my BPEL, NBPEL and girth.

There is only a change in the girth department with an increase of 0.3cm. I went from 5” to 5.12” (12.7 cm to 13 cm). I guess my EQ will be improved when I’ll find back my libido.
I am a little disappointed because I was expecting some gains in length. It’s definitely too early to say so, but I don’t know, in my mind, it should be easy and quick (bad thought !). So I edge and was angry about myself, so I released. My libido is now done for 3 days at least, so it will be hard to PE tomorrow :/

A 5 on 2 off is pretty good for me for the moment. I think maybe my routine is not good enough for a low lot, and I am thinking that maybe I should do the JP90 routine (in pegym) that look pretty nice. Maybe I should wait for a month, what do you think guys ? I know it is early, I should maybe to measure my thing for a month.

PS : My pull in the lower abs are over now, I don’t feel anything anymore.
