I'm Living Proof PE Is Possible

I’ve been doing PE for over 13 years, pretty consistently. . My routine includes, jelqing, manual stretching (fowfers), and pumping.
I started at 6.5 ELNBP and today I am 8.25 ELNBP. . Also, started with EG of 5.0, today I’m 6.25 solid.

It does take time and commitment. . I’m going for a bit more length.. Would love 9”,BP. . Just wanted to give some encouragement.. It takes a long time.

Now: 9" BPEL x 6.25" MSEG as of 11/10/2019 This is my story, a few progress pics of me here, and all my methods.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

In those 13 years, did you take any longer breaks or was a continuous approach?

Did you gain steadily and incrementally in those 13 years or did you gain most within say, the first two years, and then very slowly in the remaining years?

I would say that’s pretty true.. I have seen a bit more noticeable growth over the past three years. . I’ve been much more consistent with combining manual stretching, heat, and low pressure pumping.

Perhaps 2 on 1 off or maybe 5 on 2 off… in years xD
