Warm up = 30 minute shower
Stretching: 5 sets, 1 set per direction.
Helicopter Shake = 20 seconds
Directional Stretch (R, L, U, D, S) = 30 seconds/quick kegels
Clock Stretch = 10 reps clockwise/10 reps counter clockwise
jelqing: 15 minutes
Wet jelq = (approx. 50) (both hands)(alternating grip)
Warm down: none/wore steel cockring after all night and all day the next day.
