Hello guys! I’m a newbie looking forward to see great gains with time. Hope everyone is giving their all to succeed for their goals, I think that every man should be sexually happy not only with their partner, but also themselves. And because I seek a happier life and more positivity, I think that PE will help me to believe in myself more than I do now. I actually started doing my program 3 weeks ago:

*Warm up in a hot bath for 10 minutes, do all around stretches.
*50 Kegels holding 1-2 seconds.
*Bathmate for 5 minutes - low to average pressure.
*Jelqing with OK grip for 5 minutes.
*Bathmate for 5 minutes - average to high pressure.
*Jelqing with OK grip for 5 minutes.
*Bathmate for 5 minutes - high pressure.
*Jelqing with OK grip for 5 minutes.
*50 Kegels holding 3-5 seconds.
*Cooling down for 3 minutes.

I haven’t been tracking when I do rest days, but I do the program for 4 or 5 days. I haven’t measured my progress yet, but I do see that the girth is bigger and penis is a bit longer. I was thinking that it’s because my erection quality is better now. Before I would cum and could not go further, but now I already can go for a second and a third round! It made me happy to see that the exercises have a positive effect on me!

So, I will be posting here not just about my journey for a bigger pleasure rod, but also about how it changes my life, my relationships, my self-worth and happiness!

I will keep doing PE for as long as I’ll want to. But for now, my short term goals are:

* NBPEL: 6.5 inches
* EG: 4.8

At the moment my:
*NBPEL is: 6 inches
*EG is: 4.3 inches

PE will bring you what you are looking for if you keep that same attitude and motivation in the long run, your short term goal are very reasonable, especially length wise. Your routine sounds a bit much for a beginner and pumping already is probably premature but it’s all about how it goes for you. Don’t over do it, it’s a marathon not a race.

As I mentioned, I have tried PE exercises a bit in the past, so it seems like this program feels just right. I don’t really do much stretching, just before pumping and jelqing. I’m undecided, should I buy an extender in a month or two, or just stick to Bathmate and jelqs.

Today I did more pumping and less jelqs. It kind of did not give me as much stress as when I do jelqing more.

And also, the past few weeks I’ve seen that I can get up to almost 7 inches when I pump. To be correct, I get above 175 mark. What does that mean? Could it be a sign for the upcoming gains, or just the force of the pump gives that effect?

It most likely is a sign of gains to come, but the sure thing is that it helps to you motivated, wanting to reach and surpass a measurement did it for me with my first pump, the thickwall one didn’t have any marks so I added them myself with a knife, it Makes all the difference when pumping.
