Ice784's Routine

I do the newbie routine.

This and my measurements are taken after doing it for approximately a month.

5 min warm-up with a heating pad

10 min stretches(30 sec in each of the 4 directions)

40 min dry jelk (3 sec up, 1 sec reposition fingers)

5 min warm-down with heating pad

12 min kegels (5 sec clench, 1-2 sec relax)
