I dropped out of school for this HP's Progress Log

Well not really, but I am taking a semester off and will not go back until my goals are reached. Long story short I have been PEing for about 4 years off and on. Seen and inch in length and half inch in girth both go away as I was never able to stay consistent for more than 6 weeks. I’ve still been pumping a lot so my unit is still somewhat conditioned. I never posted my workouts, so I’m hoping this time around I can get some support to help keep me on track.

Week of Aug 5-11
Main goal for first month is to hang for 2+ hours a day. All hanging is at BTC. I found heat to be critical with my hanging as I’m still using a vacuum hanger but I’m reaching fatigue with under 6 pounds so I see no reason to break out my Bib starter just yet.

Wait.. These result “go away” after you get them? I figured that these changes were permanent!? Damn.

No. They’re not really permanent, but with a little bit of maintenance work you can get your ideal size back.

They are permanent if you put enough work into it, but most people mistake their first buffer gains as cemented gains, let’s say you were to PE for the first time ever and you gained 0,5 inches in a few months and stopped there, the latest gains would be so called “buffer” gains but you’d probably have anywhere from 5 to 50% of it stay permanently, depending on the work you put into it.

If you’ve done it for a few years and gained 2 inches, even higher amount of those gains would be permanent, even the very last ,1 of an inches if you do maintenance to keep it up.

Yeah I would agree that the gains can for sure be permanent but I did zero maintenance and no decon break. I did gain that one inch on two occasions throughout the years and I believe only .5 was really lost in length and girth. I would contribute my packing on 60 pounds and my 1 inch fat pad to the other lost half inch.

Ok just finished up with my second week (Aug 12-18) still feeling out the routine making tweaks when need be.. And for whatever reason I only will count hanging for my weekly hours. While missing a day I still manage to hang for 17 hours. Starting week 3 nothing under 20 will be acceptable.

What I don’t get is that you’re turning down sex to PE more, and basically your plan is to do the exact same PE routine daily with more or less time hanging and pumping. Am I getting that right? The linear stuff is a little redundant don’t you think? It’s just leading up to over training and probably another semester off until you feel good about yourself.

I was just being over dramatic so people would read my thread lol. But the main reason I’m taking off is too reclaim a couple state records and break a national powerlifting one and the last meet I can do that in is late November. That mixed with me only having one returning starter to my wrestling team (now I have to run an earlier preseason) something just had to go. I just figured I give my mind a rest and work fully on my body for a while. It seems like I’m turning down sex, but sex has a hold over me. If I’m sexually active I’m most likely drinking, if I’m drinking I’m not doing PE, if I’m doing doing PE I’m for sure not lifting weights.. You get the point it’s a terrible snowball effect.

And something must have been lost in translation as I don’t plan on doing the same exact thing every day. I’ve gained this way twice before but I don’t do the same sets with the same weight every day. I reach fatigue earlier in the set every day and I’m forced to drop the weight. So with increased TUT and the ligs never getting a chance to fully recover, gains have to come. The pumping and clamping are light and are really only used for conditioning as I plan on adding width exercises after 100 or so hours of hanging.

So you’re a power lifter? That’s wonderful! I was going to attempt to explain power lifting cycles for PE purposes but I’m betting you’re already familiar. I was going to tell you to keep going until you tire out from over reaching and then really back off for a few weeks. If you’re using 2.25kg for 2hrs a day and that gets to be too much, start off with about half a kg and add a little more weight every day… I recommend a bag and some dry rice of BBs, sort of PE’s version of tiny gems. And contrary to popular belief you will need rest with hanging and length exercises. Don’t be fooled you’ll need at least one day off a week and rotation training, but it doesn’t have to be a complete lay off while you work on girth. I’ve found using an A,B,A/B,A,B layout for girth work only on A days and length work only on B days has really helped me. But I use more weight for less time(16kg for 1-2min), and less jelqs done at a high EQ while squeezing the BC (3-5 sets of 20-25), and then clamping and manual stretching to wear myself out… ie, manual stretches then hanging one session then switched the next.
