Hey guys,

I can’t even tell you how awesome it is that I found this place! My mind is absolutely blown away, I am really excited to start!
I am a 30 years old. I live for my goals, that is what truly makes me happy and content. Even though the past few years and I’ve met most of them I had this unbearable thought in the back of my mind that my penis is not large enough. I had to live with it. It comes up every single day even if for just a moment, and it drove me mad crazy that I didn’t have the power to change it. Well those days are behind me now thanks to this community. Even though these exercises might not give me drastic improvements, they gave me something else. They gave me hope. To be perfectly honest with you I’m not rushing anywhere, I don’t want a 9 inch by tomorrow morning — but if these exercises Do yield results, I’ll be a very very happy man in my 40’s.
So anyways, I am starting the beginner exercises today, thank you very much for accepting me on the forum.
My measurements are: 5.5” Length x 4.5 Girth

Welcome to Thunders! Be sure to take some pictures to start with, even if you don’t post them. You’ll want them to keep track of your progress.

Take it easy, read up and make it fun. PE ought not be a chore. And if anything comes up don’t be afraid to ask questions. Also, here is some Advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

Welcome! You’ll find this to be an outstanding community. I agree with what thoughtfulgold stated and suggest you read his thread. It’s a very good read. Keep that hope and don’t quit. It’s not an overnight thing and if you are dedicated to this, you’ll have success.

I am in the exact same boat. I just did my first session with the newbie routine about 5 minutes ago. I’m 25, ~4.5” length, and on the skinnier side. I would kill to have ~5.5” and reasonable girth. Would change my life. I’m going to create a progress thread right now. Good luck to us!
