Hi guys.

I’ve been around here for a while but it’s my first time posting anything.

So I’ve been PEing for a few months with breaks and with jelqing mostly and some stretching I have gained 2.4 inches in lenght. So that gives me 8.4 long penis.

However. It’s only 4.8 in girth.

I have tried some exercices for girth but I’m either doing something wrong or.. I don’t know.

Has anyone here had a similar problem ? What exercises should I be doing ?

Change your girth exercise every 2 weeks or so. Most girth exercises work length to some degree as well, so stop doing any specific stretching.

That’s a heck of a length gain in a short time!

You might also have a look at the golf weights thread. I tried the golf weight fulcrum stretches out of curiosity, and they really do seem to loosen up the tunica, facilitating girth gains.

I’ve only been doing a regular PE routine for a few months so I’m a newbie but do a lot of reading on the subject.

My 1st advice is to hit the search button & read as many threads as you can, this question has been asked many times
& There are many veterans who have shared their hard earned knowledge & advice on the subject.
Many people are sharing their progress as they try different techniques & of course there are also many conflicting opinions
So its important to read as much as you can & try to form your own.

I know there are lots of manual exercises for girth which many advise starting with.

Personally girth comes easier than length, I have been using a Hydromax X30 waterpump for nearly 2months, I’ve clocked up over 10hrs using it most nights 4x5mins.
For me there were instant temp gains that look great. I can pump from 5”3 to 6”3, even if its not permanent it looks amazing!
I’m sure a portion of that is water retention but most appears to be blood drawn into the corpus cavernosa.
This fades over 24hrs but some size seams (so far) to stay. I’m also pretty sure I’ve gained about 5/8”th when I’ve measured after a few days off. Only time will tell.
I’m logging my progress & will post when I’ve get some decent data. I’ve seen no major length EL increase so far & I use an extender about 3hrs a day also with a small
Amount of stretching & jelqing.

I meant to ask, can you give us more detailed info on your length gains ie your stretching & jelqing time/routine?
This forum/community feeds & grows from people giving detailed progress information. From it we can better see what causes

As mentioned 2”.4 gain in a few months is almost unheard of & as length is my & many others main goal I’m curious
If its my girth that’s holds/slows my length growth.

yeah it would be great knowing your exercises and routines in detail. No offence but it sounds kinda like a troll… have you measured properly?

About my routine..
As I said mostly Jelqing. 30 minutes 2 days on 1 off. Then on some forum I have seen a post where guy stated that he had gigantic permament gains in 2 years with hust jelqing for 20 minutes every day. So I started doing just that.
I also like to read before I go to sleep so while reading I was doing basic streches in various directions and holding for about 30 seconds.
And well.. In fact.I have no routine. I just train when I feel like doing it and do it for how long I feel like I can without causing any pain or anything.

Comin back to my girth subject.
I decided that I will try clamping. I bought a tourniquet(the kind of thing that a doctor puts on your arm when your given a injection or whatever) instead of a clamp(no Walmart in my country sorry xD) but it works the same.
And in about two weeks of clamping and some jelg squeezes(or something like that) I can see some small gains, half a centimeter maybe.
I’ll try adding some bends here and there and see what happens.

About measuring.
Yes I have. Many times..
After about 2 weeks of jelqing I broke my ruler acidently. And bought a new one after some time to see if there were some results.
I was terrified. I didn’t even notice it grow. And when I saw the numbers on a ruler my jaw dropped xD

Most guys have a much harder time gaining girth than length. We have plenty of info on girth specific routines because of that. Most guys do not gain anything like the crazy length gains you have had in such a short period of time. :cool:

Wow, nice gains, dude! I think that the stretches may have helped a lot too. Did you stretch and jelq on the same days?

what about jelqing? did you do it always with the same erection level? like 70%? How is your sexual live? do you masturbate and have sex often?

And I think it is good to know as well about your breaks. How often and how long were they?
