Hi, I can only do PE at weekends, maybe a light one on wednesday. I m very new but on weekends I do 30 min sessions. 5 min warmup 10 min stretches, but I think they are pretty light. Then 15 min [_] shape jelqs. Your thoughts and advice?

Loaded on 2 days of the week without proper rest in between, not the ideal but nonetheless, could still work and generate positive results.

If you notice increases in morning/night woods, erection hardness and frequency, heavier flaccid and veins apparent … it is working.
