How many are trying the "Angion Method"?

Got curious this morning exactly how many guinea pigs are there? Or more accurately maybe, how many are we, as I just hit my four week mile marker. Maybe you can say if you are doing the method all by itself, or in combination with jelqing, stretching or whatever else. I’m doing only the AM, and besides for keeping my sodium low, shooting for less than 1000 mg per day, I’m not on the plant-based, avoid anti-inflammatory diet Janus suggested. I just measured, no real gains to report after four weeks, but my third week was likely a wash as I was overdoing it at two thirty minute workouts per day. I do believe I am gaining, just nothing measurable yet.

Four weeks like you. Only practicing the AM, exceeding the salt allowance, but my suspicion is that would not really matter, I could be wrong, just my gut instinct.

No real gains, flaccid state is no better.

I am beginning to miss my old routines. My extender is calling my name!

I feel like it’s so low intensity, as someone who has jelqed and done supra-slammers and clamping and all that, it’s easy to overdo it. I never feel like my unit is fatigued the way it is after a “normal” PE workout, so once I could physically manage two workouts a day, I did. And then I was wondering why I wasn’t having morning erections. I just figured I was probably waking up at a different point in my sleep cycle. But after three “woodless” mornings in a row, I thought something might be getting overdone. One day off and it was back.

I am doing it . Into the 3rd week. Noticeable EQ and length gains, though very marginal. Not following the food plan. Planning two manual stretch session over a week.

I’m in my 3rd week or so. EQ has been fluctuating violently, but the general trend is upward. Other PE: just the EQ support; edging and kegels.

I’ll soon have 4 weeks in which I’ll even follow the dietary recommendations (I’ll be cutting and I’m a vegetarian anyway so it won’t be too big a difference)

I also think the low intensity of the exercises is deceptive for those of us who are experienced with squeezing/pulling/crushing, due to which it’s very easy to overdo. I might have gained a few mm of length.

November '18: 190 mm BPEL (7.48") 137 mm MEG (5.39")

Goal: A sustained 7.7" by 5.8" during intercourse

Crusher, this is excellent news that you are following the diet! Are you also eating at a caloric surplus?

This is good!

I will be following the diet. I have some family members in my house right now, but they’re moving out next week. From then I’ll have more privacy and can commit to a diet more strictly, too. I’ll probably go for calorie replacement most of the time, but it’ll be a lot of calories since I’ve been going to the gym quite a bit as of late and I’m hoping for somewhat of a beach body for my vacation in August.
Also to be honest it’s nearly impossible to eat a caloric surplus while going vegan without soy. I’m familiar with bean based diets but man… It’s not easy so.. I’ll try, but I’ll have to see if I can make it. Other than that I’ll follow any guideline I can find references for!

Peanuts were a huge help to me. Personally, I pressure cook them in a pyrex bowl place on a wire rack and suspended over some water in the bottom. Cooks them thoroughly to cut down on mold but does not take away caloric content

I can’t for the life of me find a place where they sell pure unroasted peanuts… But I guess peanuts roasted in peanut oil will do for the experiment month.
I noticed in your dietary advice you left out some normally mentioned chemicals; caffeine, ethanol, nicotine. They’re probably bad, but I thought I’d run them by you. And what about folic acid? Normally praised for promoting cell division and everything, unless you consider that to be covered under leafy greens. I also assume that when you’re taking magnesium chloride, you’re taking it for the magnesium. Any other forms you might recommend? Magnesium citrate is a much more available substance, and so is a combination of magnesium with calcium. I’d like to hear your thoughts!

Since the beginning(4 weeks). My erections keep hitting new heights. I used to not get very full in the head. Now it’s super full all the way through to the tip. Like a cucumber hard it’s insane. Very excited.

I don’t understand the indignant skepticism. New things happen. New knowledge comes to light.

The method addresses something that all of us kind of always ignored or were fuzzy about… How to really truely improve blood flow.

I understand skepticism, not sure what strikes you as “indignant”. Skepticism is a good thing in truth. It will keep you from buying pills that promise to grow your penis. Or from believing you have an invisible big brother who lives in the sky, and will save you a place there for when you die. The world is full of charlatans. A skeptical eye is your best defense.
