How many are trying the "Angion Method"?

Been in 2 1/2 weeks day on day off with off days being jelqs/stretching, took a couple of days off due to a numbness probably digging to deep.

Haven’t measured yet I guess I have gained however I’d say it’s more EQ related and maybe the stretches are responsible.


Current BPEL - 6.1 Inches

Goal BPEL - 7 1/2 inches

Girth is of no issue at the moment, one goal at a time!

Did you mean “angiogenesis”? That takes no faith at all. It is a biological necessity for all animals. Can we cause it via peristaltic pumping? That remains to be seen. More of a gamble than an act of faith though.

Raybbaby and kavemonster, im doing angion method sometimea, and i have been ejaculating 6 days in a row doing the AM, idk what to dooo.

I try to stick close to Janus’ suggested routine. Stopping to get hard again if my erection level drops below 60 or 70 percent. If my EQ is really failing, as it was this morning, I just quit. If I have to stop the exercises to get hard more than about four or five times in a workout, I just throw in the towel. No sense in continuing to train if you are in fact over training, or tired, or stressed or whatever the reason may be. If my soldier is tired, I let him rest. AM is so different from conventional PE. Pretty much a inverted dogma. Better researched than anything I’ve ever come across in this PE world. Well I’ve been two weeks but there is something that frustrates me too much and that is that I ejaculate too soon. I am uncut then I do not know if that makes moving the frenulum and grabbing it in the burst expansion makes it more sensitive.

Does the same thing happen to you?

I have noticed that it hangs more in flaccid and the veins are marked slightly more.
I do it sitting in front of the computer.

I’m into week 2 of AM routine. Other PE exercises are edging. I’m trying to not jelq or stretch at all during my workouts. Not following the recommended diet.

So far I have not noticed anything, everything looks the same, but my erection during AM is improving as I get more familiar with it.
