Stretching:
Three sets of each series
Series 1: Behind the left cheek 30 seconds, straight back 30 seconds, behind the right cheek 30 seconds
Series 2: Up and left 30 seconds, straight up 30 seconds, up and right 30 seconds, circular motion up 30 seconds
Series 3: Straight out and left 30 seconds, straight out 30 seconds, straight our and right 30 seconds, circular motion straight out 30 seconds
Series 4: Straight down and left 30 seconds, straight down 30 seconds, straight down and right 30 seconds, circular motion straight down 30 seconds

Vacuum Pump (Hydromax X40)
