Help Wanted: LightningZee's Official Cry

Hi, I’d like to keep this post as short and quick as possible.
So its been around 3 months now of PE and i haven’t gained anything. Yep, you read it right. A quarter of a year and perhaps a mm or two - but that’s debatable due to EQ and measuring error, etc.

I started off with the Newbie routine, but wasn’t satisfied. So i did double that.
I then moved on to harder exercises, tight jelqs after 2 months with mid-high erection, Uli’s, and now this squeeze I’ve been doing recently this last week, where i kegel in blood at a full erection and using my hand i clamp off the base. Using a second hand i grip below the glans and then tighten both. After 15 seconds, I begin to move them closer to increase pressure. I pay immense attention while doing this; as you’d imagine. I did get some discoloration from this, a darkening around the shaft visible only during erection. This disappeared by the next day, but i did heat and do firegoat rolls just in case. So the discoloration, Is this a good sign that the technique has an effect? My shaft was temporarily thicker for the rest of the day. Unfortunately, it was gone by the morn. This was the only size I’ve seen a difference in the actual size of my penis in any dimension.

My routine consists of:
5 minute warm up in the shower. Lil’ Zee and surrounding area turn lobster pink. During this time i also do basic stretches.
10 minutes standard jelqing.
Back in the hot shower and 3 minutes heating ready for bathmate. 15 minutes medium pressure.
10 more minutes of jelqing and around 4 of those squeezes i mentioned
15 more minutes of BM, medium to high pressure, including the highest, really jamming it down into my crotch.
10 minutes jelqing and squeezing
15 minutes edging.

Overall I’m going for around an hour and half. I do this every day except weekends

I’ve also been using the Phallosan and Bathmate regularly.
Phallosan i often wear for 8 - 14 hours per day, 5 days a week. The Bathmate around 30 minutes per day, 2 sets of 15 minutes as above. Low to medium pressure the first, medium to high the second.

Anyway, i’ve really upped the game and not seen any negative PI, except a few small red dots on the shaft the second time i attempted my squeeze technique. It has since been refined and not caused this.
This one time, i Jelqed hard for 2 hours in total in one day, getting an erection afterwards was tough for an hour but then it would be there, randomly. Morning wood would be good too.
I’m not bragging but I’ve never had an issue with EQ (i am 26) and i can maintain an erection during sex for even 2 hours. I’m not here to improve my EQ, I’m here for my size (which as you can see, isn’t great. In fact, being honest; its kinda bad.). I was thinking perhaps i have a tough penis/tunica? Perhaps this is the trade-off and i need to go harder to see any physical changes. Further to this, I’ve never once felt this “soreness” that people speak of; nor the feeling i need a rest day, although i have still taken 2 per week as is generally advised.

I’ve read a whole lot and seen many videos on the techniques, so i don’t think my technique is poor.

I have seen a difference in my flaccid hang though, it is maybe 1cm longer than usual. Maybe. But also the weather went from constant snow 10 inches deep to bright and nicely warm outside which could be the influencing factor.

So, all this time and no certain gains.

What am i doing wrong? Someone please answer, I’m beginning to lose faith…

The main problem I see is that you have listed over 14 hours of PE per day. You have doubled the Newbie routine and then added even more intense squeezes and when that didn’t work you had added more with two devices.

You are trying to force yourself to gain instead of wait.

Now: 9" BPEL x 6.25" MSEG as of 11/10/2019 This is my story, a few progress pics of me here, and all my methods.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

What you are doing wrong is going way way way way way overboard.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

I think your doing too much, hard to swallow because doing less will make you think your gonna gain, even less. But it’s not the case at all with PE.

You may have actually toughened your dick up by increasing everything so rapidly. I heard stretching, jelqing, bathmate, extender, and squeezes all in just 3 months of PE. I think that’s your problem right there my man.

If I were you, I would reset. Take a week off of absolutely no PE, and then come back with some just stretching and jelqing. But do things a bit different. Maybe you need to stretch a little more, maybe a little less. How is your jelq form? You may think it’s correct but it could not be. I thought I had my jelq technique down and was wrong, took me a few months to really get it dialed in. Are you warming up enough? Do you practice edging at all after your routines?

You’ll figure out what you gotta do, just stay motivated.

You are over-training. Less is more sometimes with PE.

Take some time off. A couple weeks maybe.

Go back to a hands only newbie routine. With rest days.

Put those devices away for time being .

Especially the stupid bathmate. “Medium to high pressure” in a gaugeless toy?

You don’t have any idea of what pressure you are pumping in a bathmate.

“including the highest (pressure), really jamming it down into my crotch.”

In my humble opinion you are asking for trouble right there, who knows how much you are overpumping your tissues with crazy unknown high pressures. Sorry, that is just not conducive to growth. It is conducive to injuries and overtraining.

Food for thought:

Is starting out lesser necessarily better

A good newbie routine that ramps up slowly:

I wouldnt say 14 hours of PE per day. More like 1 hour of active PE, the Phallosan is just at night usually sleeping in it as the instructions say its safe to. Sometimes I put it on in the late evening though.

I saw nothing from the Newbie routine though. It didnt even feel like i was doing anything. Surely there should be some indication?

Your last thing is spot on though…

I think many people do a jelq and bathmate combination routine, i dont think its that overboard. is 1 hour or so really too much for a session?

LightningZee; following Thunder's religiously for the next year!

I don’t care if “they” say it is safe, do not sleep in any PE device.

We are all telling you that you are doing too much and over-training.

The bathmate is a piece of junk, mostly because you have no idea what pressures you are pumping at. Could be dangerously high.

If you want to pump, get a pump with a gauge.

A guideline system:

Air and/or Water Pump Set-Up: $64.17

Do one of gprent’s routines which in general are moderate pressure. In th 3Hg to 5Hg range. The man grew a fat dick and it for sure wasn’t with high pressure pumping.

Soft when I exit pump (p. 2)

Finish off your routine with a full erection for at least 5 minutes. You will be impressed with you flaccid size and EQ.

I see what you’re saying there. That kinda is how i feel about it, the whole doing less means achieving less thing.

I think you might be right about that too. Maybe it has toughened up some? But it seems the same all around as it did prior to these 3 months. I think i do need to stretch more to be honest, i do maybe 8 minutes overall during the warm up and cool down. I think my jelq form is precise, i’ve seen several videos and read plenty, i think its right. How would i know if its not correct? I could describe it but it will sound like a standard jelqing description. So basically with an underhand OK grip, i grip the base and take around 4 seconds for it to reach the top. Im uncircumcised and usually use coconut oil, and for the jelq i work up to a minimum 40% erection and if it goes above 80% i take a moment to chill a little. Warming up should be right, my tool goes lobster pink. Takes around 5 minutes using a pressure shower head and some barely tolerable hot water. I do practise edging after every session, and try not to ejac unless after every 5th workout.

Thanks for the reply, i actually like your answer the most. Previous repliers, although i whole-heartedly appreciate their replies, sound kind mad and its uncomfortable for me to read.

I think at this point i should take a bit of time off. I was considering it myself and two people have since suggested it, ill take your advice.

As for “Medium to high pressure in a gaugeless toy? You don’t have any idea of what pressure you are pumping in a bathmate” I disagree. I wouldn’t have made claims if i didn’t know what i was saying. Having pumped it lightly i am aware of the low pressure, and having pushed it as far as possible, I’m aware that’s high (probably way too high, i get it) but it my references were not incorrect; they were based on the pressure diffrential the bathmate is creating. So by “medium” and “high” I was referencing the bathmates possible pressures. But i do understand what you’re saying. The bathmate does not provide a guage to show what pressure im pumping at. I was once recommended a pump which i looked into, but i really dont want two floating around. If i asked your advice on a pump; what would you recommend, if any, for future reference?

And thanks, i’ll start reading those links literally as of this moment.

In this instance "they" are the manufacturers. I have slept in it many times with no issues, so i am not concerned in this manner. But as i said before, people are telling me I’m overtraining. Its true, everyone is telling me that. It’s strange that it doesn’t feel like it but i do not wish to be considered ignorant. I have taken everything people have said on board and I’m listening; its why i made this thread. Away with the device for the next few months i guess.

As for the BM, people have claimed good things about it. I think the "piece of junk" thing is a personal opinion there, many would disagree. I however have no real opinion having only ever used this device for pumping. I don’t know you, so if you pump and have experienced this device I respect your wisdom. Ill take this opportunity to see any threads you made and learn from them.

As usual, your links are helpful. I’ll read that one too. Thanks again

The bathmate has no pressure gauge.

Therefore, as I said, you don’t have any idea what pressure you are pumping at with a bathmate.

Because it doesn’t have a pressure gauge to tell you what pressure you are pumping at.

No one who uses a bathmate knows what pressure they are pumping at, because it doesn’t have a pressure gauge.

Hope that clarifies.

I do have a bathmate.

My “opinion” is based on the fact that it does not have a pressure gauge, so it isn’t conducive to the enlargement routines we do here.

One needs to know what pressure one is pumping at. Hence, the need for a pump with a pressure gauge. Such as the one I recommended in

Air and/or Water Pump Set-Up: $64.17

Best wishes and best of luck.

Why TG does not like the Bathmate.

General consensus is Bathmate is pretty crappy.

It is overpriced for what it is. This is known. I’ll go into detail though. Because it is the most common newbie marketing trap I’ve yet seen.

The pressures can reach 15HG, which is an extreme pressure for someone just starting out. The concept of “light” can be too high for a newbie, much less jamming it to maximum pressure for any period of time. I have owned two Bathmates (one for sale now) and a Penomet. The Penomet can be controlled far easier with its sleeve system. Bathmate claims all pressures are safe without offering any charts of what the device is capable of. This is hogwash.

Other PE sites, Matters of Size and PE Gym in particular, sell ad banner space to Bathmate so the reputation of the device in the community is based on aggressive advertising not intrinsic or legitimate value. This gives the impression of a legitimate PE marvel instead of overpriced silliness with no verifiable routines, gains or safe usage patterns.

The sizing of the Bathmate is also deceptive and almost every person who uses one ends up buying a larger version they need to get more power for “more gains” when this isn’t how PE works.

Temporary gains the Bathmate gives are nice and a selling point of the product. It does not make it a good product.

Most people who use the Bathmate like the idea but end up moving away from it to more controllable gauged air systems, which are medically proven to help with Erectile Dysfunction. The Bathmate has no such value or credibility.

I have yet to see a solid Bathmate routine written down. Users of the Bathmate simply say something like “used BM 20 minutes” and I have no idea how much pressure, how well the device fits, if the tube is packed or not or if they are pumping for length or girth. It never makes sense. Only one serious gainer I can believe has believable claims with a Bathmate in my own opinion.

So when I say it’s an overpriced piece of junk, I mean it. As someone who owns the most expensive one they make marketed for my size, I cannot find a more ridiculous thing to stick on my penis than a Bathmate.

This from someone with nearly 9 years of PE experience, significant gains and coaching experience on both sides who has spent over $12,000 on PE devices and services and can’t get rid of his Bathmate fast enough. PE veterans generally agree with me on the Bathmate.

It is a piece of junk.

I think you misread what i wrote there. I agreed with you that it doesn’t have a gauge. And i agreed i don’t know what the exact pressures are. But i did also inform you that my references were based on the pressure differentials the bathmate can produce. By “high” referencing the most it can create and “medium” being, obviously, around and just above half-way. They werent referencing general “high” or medium pressures, just whatever the bathmate is capable of. I hope I made it clearer.
The two quotes you took there are also misleading because it leaves out something important i said afterwards. If you are to quote me please keep it in context.

Anyway, I don’t mean to sound argumentative, i just don’t want to be mis-represented like your previous post did. I still appreciate your replies, as i said you’ve given me some insight. Thanks.

LightningZee; following Thunder's religiously for the next year!

The quotes aren’t “misleading”.

You don’t know what pressure you are pumping at because there is no pressure gauge to tell you.

“Relative” doesn’t cut it in penis pumping for enlargement.

Some very good stuff in thoughtfulgold’s last post.

Best regards and best of luck. I wish you well on you PE career!

Take her easy there partner. 3 months is almost nothing in PE time. Do less. Learn your cock deeply through the manual excercises. It will whisper to you what it is you need to do to gain.

Start: Dec 2016 BPEL: 6.125" MEG: 5.5" (5' - 9" 264 lb)

Curr: Oct 2017 BPEL: 6.75" MEG: 5.625" (5' - 9" 245 lb)

Goal: 7.5" x 6" .......I want to win the dick swinging contest.

This. This is a damn good reply.

Everything you said checks out to me to be fair to you. It makes sense. I have previously heard they can go as high as 14hg, so 15hg doesn’t surprise me. I am aware now, that this is exceedingly high. Having not looked into other pumps max HG i just figured it was safe. I mean the booklet it comes with tells me to do just what I’ve been doing - pushing until no more water comes out and leaving it on a short while. I was following the manufacturer instructions, so i’m sure you can understand why i was doing this, even though you know it not to be right. And i have attained as hard as it will go for 5 minutes at a time, several times per workout with no ill-effect as long as i used hot water. I cannot say why this, but what i do know is nothing permanent comes from it.

I do wonder though, why you purchased a second Bathmate if the first was so bad? Just curious.

I wish i had more to say, your post was great and i appreciate all that was written. I have taken every word on board, and i guess i’ll look into other types of pump with a pressure gauge in the near-future.

Thanks again TG.
