Hi all,

I have a progress report with pics but stopped using it as I haven’t gained. I’m coming up to 2 years in Oct and I had gained 1.5 cm in length.

Routine is really simple. 4 days on 3 days off (I don’t have time to do more days)

20 mins stretching (from basic to advanced)
20 mins jelqing (both upward and downward palms - 4 to 6 seconds reps)

I do smoke I stopped drinking and just now returned back to working out. I’m 34 with 2 kids so find it really hard to have sessions over 45 mins long.

Please I really need some help or advice. I’m starting to ask myself if for the entire time I’ve been doing something wrong.

Here is the funny thing I’ve actually lost about half a CM in length too.

I think it’s time for a new routine. If you have most of the positive PIs, start to implement and experiment new exercises.

I’m new, but from what I’ve read this is a good place to start. I’ve also read about smoking being an issue for some, but I won’t definitively say that’s a aiding your current dilemma, mostly because I’m not educated enough in this area to know much.

Hi Lenny,

Thanks for the advice any suggestions what to add in? Or any advanced jelqing techniques?

Weirdly I’m quite happy with my size currently but wanna cement another 1cm in length and any more girth would be great.

I will say PE has me lasting a lot longer during sex so what I haven’t gained I’m making up for in stamina.

I’m big on extending Lenny, is that able to be achieved in your budget?

Do you work a job that would allow you to wear an extender under your clothes?

Could you wear the extender at home, after work?

Also I do favor the increment of duration instead of intensity, but longer routines looks not possible for you at the moment.

40-60 mins sessions is all I can give and all I want to give really.

In terms of jelqing are we just angles and positioning rather than whole new techniques. I’m still focusing on length for now and most the other techniques seem to focus on girth.

Going try the extender but also see if I can do a 5-2 on off routine.

Considering we only have 24 hours a day, 40-60 minutes is quite alot.

Extender is one way around it, also doing shorter routines each bathroom stop.

Careful to not overtrain yourself.

Try bed fowfers at night before going to bed to help keep things stretched out. Maybe on those days off you could incorporate JAI stretches whenever you use the restroom to also help with keeping things stretched. Perhaps utilizing an “active recovery” type technique. Where on your days off you are still doing light work.

Change up the direction and style of your stretches. Surprise your unit. It may be accustomed to the usual. The human body is smarter then we think.

Definitely time to change things up.

If you want length I recommend hanging and if you’re pushed for time vacuum hanging as you can do one long set rather than having to take breaks.

I gained length from 45mins a day.

This might be one major cause to not gaining. Shorter more intentional routines. Heck, go back and hit the Newbie Routine again.

Total, do you think I’ve overtrained?

I guess I’m just a bit pissed off as I’ve been longer before

Days off I do kegels and not much more I’m very sexually active so I’m hoping that help.

Fully agree with my body getting used to my routine. Decon breaks usually work wonders for this but I don’t want a break as I don’t feel 40 mins x 4 times a week is that much.
