I gained length from 45mins a day.

I’ve never been interested in hanging not knocking it just not really my thing or something I want to try.

That was how I felt, only tried it to see if it would work.
If you’re not gaining then you need to try something new, time, intensity, method etc.

I hear you. I’ve slightly changed things up so 15 mins stretch only advanced techniques now, 10 mins of jelqing added more V jelqs and 10 mins of pumping followed by 10 mins of jelqing. Already feeling the difference and measured at 19cm the other day but want to check again for consistency.

Also I measure at my longest BPFLS 20.5 cm ever which made me really happy and made me realize I’ve still got more gains to come.

So I actually realized I’m probably stretching for to long which is messing my erection levels.

Not everything is straight forward in PE. I think I’ve realized jelqing and pumping is the way forward for my gains.

Over the years that I done pe. there a time when my current routine stop giving results. Or the effort to keep getting gains becomes too exhausting. Most of those times I would get discouraged and go on a break. Lately I started changing the routine. Or look for different pe stats to work on.

That has help me stay focused and keep doing pe. I’m going on a year of extending right now. the whole time my routine and setup kept changing.

So I say switch up the routine.
