Hi Thunderers,

Well since Thunder’s Place is my new home…I am camping here to give progress as I journey down this road.

A little background about moi’….

I am married Level 44 (or age 44) stealth PE ninja who originally heard the siren call to PE through PEGym. I was a fairly active member on the site for a bit until the dreaded day of data corruption (cue the thunder and lightning).

When PEGym’s site came back up…I couldn’t access my old account. I started a new one. N to the OPE. The site will not play nice at all.

So I mosed over to Thunder’s Place and here I am.

I was drawn to PE because the EQ dropped. There was a time I could look at my wife with no clothes on and BAM! I was ready. Then level 40 happened and EQ went to sleep like “I’m tired!” *LOL*

I tried to ignore this yet the embarrassment of getting hot and heavy with the wife only to go flaccid…uh…yeah. This needed to stop.

So I found a beginner conditioning program from Okay Dick (because I am a n00b) and plus the site allows tracking (for lazy ninjas like me…yes!).

I have finished the 30 day mark (yay!) and still have more weeks to go on the conditioning program.

Hey Harusen, I found this place for the same reason as you, namely, to improve EQ. I’m in my late fifties, was married for a long time, no longer, and I’ve been dating a terrific gal now for almost two years. I was out of the game for a few years when my new relationship started.

So anyway, I started having some occasional difficulty getting an erection during sessions with my girlfriend, although I was always able to, just not as fast as I would have liked. Or worse, occasionally I would start to go soft. Not good..

So I wanted to do something without having to resort to pills or medication and that’s how I ended up here.

I’ve been doing PE for almost a year and a half and my EQ has improved tremendously. I’ve gotten my confidence back, not to mention I’ve gotten some nice gains in length and girth. I feel twenty years younger in the bedroom.

Also, I did this strictly through various stretching and jelqing routines, I’ve never used any mechanical devices. The last month or so I’ve incorporated manual squeezes at the base of my shaft and also been doing some edging.

I’ve been very consistent in my workouts, 5 days on, two days off, with week long breaks every month or so.

I’m sure if you stay focused and consistent with your workouts you’ll get where you want to go.

There is a wealth of information here and the members are very supportive. I couldn’t be happier that I found this place.

Okay…so here are my stats:

By the way, I use CM (even if I’m American because I’m lazy):

>> Starting measurements: 15.00 cm × 11.90 cm (03-2016)
>> Recent measurements: 14.50 cm × 12.00 cm (04-2016)

I think the losing of the centimeter could be either: a) I measured wrong the first time (I took 3 measurements b/c I was being OCD) or b) I didn’t get enough rest or c) I really did turtle. o_o

Current conditioning program is:

* Hot Kegel clenches (100 kegels - 3 sec hold)
* Basic stretches x 2 sets x 5 positions (25 sec hold)
* Helicopter shake (30 sec)
* Dry Jelqs (120 w/ 3 sec stroke)
* Helicopter shake (30 sec)
* Hot Kegel clenches (180 kegels - 1 sec hold)

I did this program for today (currently 2 on and 1 off) and learning how to do jelqs properly is still a bit of a challenge.

I looked at the conditioning program length and I’m on 39 out of 56 (8 weeks total).

Already…that’s my update for today.

Good Morning!

I went to bed early so I could do PE. The routine is roughly taking me 1 hour to complete.

* Hot Kegel clenches (100 kegels - 3 sec hold)
* Basic stretches x 2 sets x 5 positions (25 sec hold)
* Helicopter shake (30 sec)
* Dry Jelqs (120 w/ 3 sec stroke) = Did 10 extra
* Helicopter shake (30 sec)
* Hot Kegel clenches (180 kegels - 1 sec hold) = Did some reverse kegels on the last 10 and extra 10 regular

My unit was sore on the outside…I did a contrast shower and then sprayed my unit with cold water.

I then soothe the hurt with coconut oil and thankful to rest it for the reminder of the day for sure! ಠ‿↼

Good Morning!

I slept 6 hours according to my Sleepbot app.

I did my 3 minute body scrub and then launched into the 120 Dry Jelq workout.

* Hot Kegel clenches (100 kegels - 3 sec hold)
* Basic stretches x 2 sets x 5 positions (25 sec hold)
* Helicopter shake (30 sec)
* Dry Jelqs (120 w/ 3 sec stroke)
* Helicopter shake (30 sec)
* Hot Kegel clenches (180 kegels - 1 sec hold)

Observations:
- I notice that if I sit down on the side of the tub and do the dry jelq with a downward stroke, this is 120% better for me. I was able to keep a EL up to 80%. I use the OK grip with the index finger facing the fat pad and held a kegel when stroking downward. I suspect that I am a grower so I am working on length. Girth is a nice bonus too.

- After the jelqs, Tanaka-san (the name I gave my unit…LOL) was still at 80%. Impressive. Sometimes, he will go to sleep yet he was still on guard. Nice.

- I am also using self-talk when I do my exercises such as “More length! More girth!” I got this idea from a Shaolin Kung-Fu master who during training will say “More Chi!”

- Afterward, I did my weekly shape report:

* erections: same rate
* getting erect: easier
* erections feel: no different
* staying erect: easier
* morning wood occurs at: same rate
* flaccid penis feels: no different
* score: 34 out of 100 (Improved from last score which was 17)

Overall, excellent work out day! 5 stars!

P.S. I have also started to explore testicle stretching and health optimization for the boys. I did some massages and stretches between sets.

As someone who started PE primarily for better EQ, like yourself, your routine looks real good. My routine at the outset was pretty similar, except not as much kegeling for me.

I’ve been at it for almost a year and a half and my EQ is pretty amazing, I think, considering I’m 58 years old. Yesterday, I woke up with raging morning wood and I had the time so I edged for about twenty minutes. No porn, just fantasizing about my girlfriend the whole time.

After coming home from work I did 150 dry jelqs and no stretching. My girlfriend and I made plans for dinner and a few drinks last night so I thought we might end up having sex. In the past I’ve noticed that EQ occasionally goes down on days I stretch and have sex and I wanted to be ready if the opportunity presented itself so no stretching yesterday.

Anyway, we ended up having sex last night and went at it like a couple of wild animals. I got hard in like 20 seconds and my erection felt like steel. My girlfriend came twice in ten minutes or so of hard fucking. Simply amazing.

This morning I woke up with another raging hard on, my girl came over to cuddle, and felt my erection, and we went at it again.

Honestly, at my age I didn’t think this type of thing was possible anymore. Well, I found out that it is and I couldn’t be happier.

I’m telling you all this because if you stay focused, consistent, and listen to your body, your EQ will improve tremendously over time. It did for me and I’m loving it. And as a side benefit I really enjoy my increased size, and so does my girlfriend.

Really, I couldn’t have done it without the information and advice available here.

Stay with it and remember it’s a marathon, not a sprint.

Anyhoo…5 am alarm went off…BAM!

Time for Tai-jutsu training of Tanaka (what I lovingly call my unit). *LOL*

- 3 min dry brushing

New Jitsu training today! 140 Dry Jelqs!

* Hot Kegel clenches (100 kegels - 3 sec hold)
* Basic stretches x 2 sets x 5 positions (25 sec hold)
* Helicopter shake (30 sec)
* Dry Jelqs (140 w/ 3 sec stroke) + did an extra 15 just in case I may have cheated) - downward stroking and sometimes to the left (I noticed that Tanaka likes to point to the right at 80% EL…hmmm…may he is on the lookout…LOL)
* Helicopter shake (30 sec) + extra 10 sec
* Hot Kegel clenches (180 kegels - 1 sec hold)

Doh! Slipped my mind to do testicle jutsu between sets so after I did my contrast shower, I turned the water on warm to make the boys loose and then I did stretches for 25 seconds in 4 directions plus massage & tapping.

✪ Observation: I was tired waking up. No morning wood (possibly due to lacking my normal 7 hours of sleep so that may have been a factor). Great workout and I never thought that by sitting on the tub’s end, I could keep 80% EQ. Such a simple technique!

✪ Tips that may be a help to you: 1) Use a metronome app to help with counting your strokes 2) Use a timer app to help with keeping yourself honest with your time 3) Never underestimate the power of self-talk…encourage your dankon to grow as well as congratulate yourself after your workouts are done. 4) On jelqs, you don’t have to choke your dankon….remember to push the blood up the shaft and to kegel on the upward stroke to flush more blood into it.

Rest day today.

Yesterday I was in the mall watching our child play while the wife went to window shop so I practiced ninja kegels as well as reverse kegels (might as well make the time productive!).

I had morning wood today so positive PI (even if I did the kegels yesterday at the mall) so this is a good sign plus the flaccid is looking excellent.

This morning during shower time, I did some testicle stretching, massages, and tapping. I also do tugging after urinating or pooping (TMI).

Good rest day yesterday!

Last night before bed, I did warm shower and a BTC for 25 seconds. I also put coco butter on my unit to help with discoloring under the glans.

I woke up, by God’s grace, and I had morning wood! Yes!

Still on the right track!

Up and at ‘em! Time to head for the shower!

* Basic stretches x 2 sets x 5 positions (30 sec hold - just realized that the holds need to be 30 sec than 25 sec…oh well)
* Helicopter shake (30 sec)
* Dry Jelqs (140 w/ 3 sec stroke) + did an extra 20 just in case I may have cheated) - downward stroking and sometimes to the left
* Helicopter shake (30 sec) + extra 30 sec because I didn’t recall what direction I started with. —-___—-
* Hot Kegel clenches (180 kegels - 1 sec hold)

In addition, I did self-talk while exercising to help in the process. Why not? :)

I did a contrast shower then turned the water to warm in order to do testicle maintenance and stretching.

BAM! Done! Excellent workout today!

Ohayou gozaimasu Thunderers!

Man oh man…I woke up with fantastic morning wood (I’m talking about 100% EQ level)…this was so impressive that I took a picture of it (need to plot how to sneak this pic to the wifey…hee,hee).

I did my routine 3-minute dry brushing plus 4 minute contrast shower. I also added the Miracle Prostate Exercise after drying off.

Rest day today so I will be chilling. Look for more tips in the Testicle Health thread that helped me (I believe) to achieve strong morning wood with no drugs. Thanks for stopping by!
