By God’s grace, I woke up and felt Tanaka (the name for my penis) to see if he had morning wood…he was partially engorged and then he became full erect. So I see this as a victory still. :D

I went to the kitchen and took a teaspoon of organic coconut oil internally.

I also drunk a cup of filtered water with sea salt.

To the training dojo (the shower), I go!

- 3 minute body brushing

New Program today!

First, I needed to do a size report as a marker to see progress.

I used same stats from yesterday…I don’t think there would be any overnight changes.

Dick’s Dry Jelq Beginner Program [medium difficulty] - 4 week program

Current workout schedule: 1 day on, 1 day off -

* Hot Kegel clenches (100 kegels - 3 sec hold)
* Basic stretches x 2 sets x 5 positions (31 sec hold)
* Helicopter shake (31 sec)
* Dry Jelqs (140 reps) + 5 extra reps because I got to a good EQ. In addition, I used self-talk “My penis is easily getting bigger from the inside out.”
* Helicopter shake (31 sec) + extra 10 sec
* Hot Kegel clenches (180 kegels)

Lastly, I experimented briefly with flaccid bend for girth yet thought I better not risk right now.

* Contrast shower + testicle tug and hold (in hot water contrast portion).
* Cold water blast on testicles to finish up

Duration: Approx. 1 hour

:-Y Insights :-Y - I am having a challenge keeping the erection level during jelqs. However, I welcome the challenge and rather use my unlimited imagination than use porn or images to get the arousal level up.

Day 4: Rest Day

Long day!

Our daughter had a coughing fit so lack of sleep today. :S

No morning wood because of this. BOO! I did take a 1 hour ninja nap so that helped.

Playtime with the wifey tonight (WOO HOO! She stated that she wanted to have playtime tonight. #:-o She promised this Tuesday yet I thought that she would forget. She didn’t. Aw yeahhhh!) then we plan on going on vacation.

Maybe the wifey will sneak off for more playtime or go to the bathroom if our daughter is asleep. :woot2:

The goal is to still do my PE regardless. :D

Long time - no see!

I was on vacay for a few days and no playtime with the wife during vacation. :down: (we were too tired running around with activities! LOL)

I still did my PE and here are some insights on doing PE while lounging:

>>> Break up your PE especially if you are jelquing. If you are a married stealther, this will prevent suspicion on why you are in the bathroom for extended times.
>>> Practice your kegels and/or anal breathing while traveling or waiting on others.

I am on extended sabbatical for this week from work so I have been sleeping in.

I have been have good morning wood…not steel rod type yet still respectable.

For Wednesday and Thursday, I have back to back 160 jelq workout. My workouts are going over a hour now which is a challenge. However, if I do the split option of PE, I can still get this done without drawing attention.

Ninja Log: Day 10 (workout) & Day 11 (workout)

Yesterday’s split workout went well. As a stealther, I think this is more doable and to cut down suspicion on why I am in the bathroom so long. LOL

I woke up early this morning by God’s grace (4 am-ish) and I did not want to go to the shower to rouse more suspicion. So I did my hot kegel wrap (100 reps with 3 second hold) and 100 kegel reps while standing by the bathroom sink.

Later, I went to the main bedroom (wifey is sleeping in the other room in our daughter’s bed) and I did my 180 dry jelqs (I used various grips and speeds).

My EQ was about 60% while standing which is fantastic. I also played subliminal penis size enhancement tracks from Spotify while doing the jelqs. A great experience.

For the rest of the day, all I have to do is my helicopter shakes and basic stretches then that’s it. :D

Ninja Log: Day 12 (rest), 13 (workout), 14 (workout)

Program: 160 Dry Jelq program [medium]

I’ll start with today…by God’s grace, I woke up. Morning wood was in full effect! I am happy that Tanaka came through even if our dry jelqs using C grips were less than stellar last night before bedtime. :S

About 5:30-ish, I go into the transformation chamber (known as the shower to mere mortals) to start my workout:

* Hot Kegel clenches (100 kegels - 3 sec hold)
* Basic stretches x 2 sets x 5 positions (31 sec hold) - I experimented with flaccid bend hold today so that was cool.
* Helicopter shake (31 sec)
* Dry Jelqs (160 reps) - Self-talk used: “I love myself.” In between “down times”, I would do firerolls which helps to keep my erection level. In addition, I used different grips: C-grips, OK grips, alternating jelqs as well.
* Helicopter shake (31 sec) x 2 (both directions)
* Hot Kegel clenches (180 kegels)

Finished with mini-edging and ballooning while doing a 4 minute contrast shower (2 minute warm/hot + 2 minute cold) with cold blast on the testes.

Since I work from home, I am doing flaccid bends over a lotion bottle too to help build girth.

Today I have been doing the following on my rest day (because they are low injury risk)…

* flaccid bends (using a lotion bottle instead of my fingers)

* double stretches

* twisted stretches

* double squeeze (which is my fave because this is like the poor man’s version of clamping).

Workout scheduled for tomorrow…I may jelq tonight before sleeping unless the wifey gets frisky since I have an off day tomorrow. :jumpred:

By God’s grace, I woke up and had morning wood! Yay!

So while the wifey slept next to me, I did a few double squeezes while kegeling (sometimes I would hold and other times I would pulse).

Decided to wake up and do my morning ritual/workout:

* Hot Kegel clenches (100 kegels - 3 sec hold)
* Basic stretches x 2 sets x 5 positions (31 sec hold)
* Helicopter shake (31 sec)
* Dry Jelqs (180 reps) - Self-talk used: “I am fearfully and wonderfully made.” In between “down times”, I would do firerolls which helps to keep my erection level. In addition, I used different grips: C-grips, OK grips, alternating jelqs as well.
* Helicopter shake (31 sec) x 2 (both directions) - I added pulsing kegels while twirling to pump blood into the unit.
* Hot Kegel clenches (180 kegels)

After the workout, I did testicle massages and tapping and finished with gentle stretch on the latter part of my contrast shower (cold setting) + cold blast to the testicles.

Overall, 5 out of 5 workout!
