By God’s grace, I woke up and felt Tanaka (the name for my penis) to see if he had morning wood…he was partially engorged and then he became full erect. So I see this as a victory still. :D

First, I needed to do a size report as a marker to see progress.
I used same stats from yesterday…I don’t think there would be any overnight changes.
Dick’s Dry Jelq Beginner Program [medium difficulty] - 4 week program
Current workout schedule: 1 day on, 1 day off -
* Hot Kegel clenches (100 kegels - 3 sec hold)
* Basic stretches x 2 sets x 5 positions (31 sec hold)
* Helicopter shake (31 sec)
* Dry Jelqs (140 reps) + 5 extra reps because I got to a good EQ. In addition, I used self-talk “My penis is easily getting bigger from the inside out.”
* Helicopter shake (31 sec) + extra 10 sec
* Hot Kegel clenches (180 kegels)
Lastly, I experimented briefly with flaccid bend for girth yet thought I better not risk right now.
* Contrast shower + testicle tug and hold (in hot water contrast portion).
* Cold water blast on testicles to finish up
Duration: Approx. 1 hour
:-Y Insights :-Y - I am having a challenge keeping the erection level during jelqs. However, I welcome the challenge and rather use my unlimited imagination than use porn or images to get the arousal level up.
