I’ve been doing PE for a little less than a year on and off. At one point I gained almost half an inch then I stopped and lost it and I started PE again and ever since for about a week I haven’t been able to get “rock hard”. Is this temporary, I have read about it and I believe it is but I am not sure. I would very much appreciate some advice or info on this.

Sounds Annie like over training. Hard to tell without knowing your routine.

My routine consists of wrapping my penis in a warm towel for about 5 minutes then grabbing right below the tip flaccid and stretching to top, bottom, and sides for 15 seconds and I repeat for about 6 minutes. I think I pulled to hard when I did these stretches, but after that stretch I got erect and grabbed the base and applied pressure around for 10 seconds, I guess holding the blood in the penis. I did this about 4 times each time I did it. Thanks

You just need to get used to it. Your penis will eventually adapt. It will take some getting used to and it will take some time.

There is a chance that you have erection problems from psycological reasons. That could have to do with your penis or something else that is happening in your life…
Quit jelqing or anything for 1 week and don’t think about it at all….

And ofcourse always eat healthy…

EQ problems can be a beast to work on.

On one hand, EQ is a key indicator of general well being in life. Our dick is like a kind of universal stress indicator. Have a lot of pressure at work, or have a small baby taking time and attention, or have kids who are sick, or have financial worries - bamm! - EQ goes down. Hornyness may still be at equal level, but the soldier refuses to go to war. Or at least shows some reluctance.

On the other hand, EQ problems have a very nasty tendency to create vicious feedback circles in the mind. You have ONE little erection problem and the mind starts to panick. “Oh my God, I’m not a man anymore!!! Will I ever get another erection? And what if not? Is it curable? Am I worthless as a man?”. Your brain just goes into looping-mode. And then your mind puts you so much under pressure that the next erection just HAS to happen AT ANY PRICE that it produces exactly the opposite: zero or weaker erection. So again, stress is the root cause, but this time it’s your own mind creating the stress.

That is what is meant by psychological reasons.

So, do you have external or internal stressors in your actual life situation? And in the 6-12 months before?

You might have low testosterone. Not getting an erection is one sign.

Things that happen in your life affect your sexual drive. If you have lets say bad days with stress at work.

Or even if you overthinking about not having an erection. If you lose your mind over it it will come again.

Also some supplements can help such as L-arginine.

I have been diagnosed with anxiety and depression and have felt very depressed for about two weeks before that my penis would be able to get really hard but now as hard as I try it can get as hard as it used to. I used to get aroused just by pictures and now I don’t. Could this be an effect of stress and depression? I seem to get erect more when I’m with my girlfriend. Thank you guys for your help.
