Happy Husband's Routine

I started in 2002, (7.25) l, 5 (g). Right now I’m 9 (l), 5.5 (g), but I had slowed down my routine to doing it whenever. But, thanks to this site, I am now motivated to reach 10 (l), 6.5 (g), or until my wife says “ENOUGH!”

Now for my routine when I started. Before I ever heard of PE, I was hanging, and gained .25 or so in lenght. Then my wife ran across a PE site looking something “nice” to wear. After about 3 months, I was up to 1+ hour a day, 3 to 5 days a week. I alternated Jelqs (500), and squeezes (10 for 5 sec. 50 total). I used the pump occasionally, and I also used a ring when I squeezed occasionally. I also started hanging properly periodically.

As for Today. I am about to compile a routine from my experiences, mixed with others on this site, and go for 1 hour a day for five days per wk. I will let you know in the future what my gains are.
