Hanging log

I just got my hanger two weeks ago and I want to start my log. My two weeks experimenting is over and I’ve found an acceptable configuration for my hanger with 1 lb.
Measurements starting
6.5 BPEL
4-5” E girth at different parts
4.5” BPFL
3-4” FG

4/4/15
Three sets today spread out over around 4 hours. (2.5 lbs until otherwise noted)
First set 15 min.
Second set almost 20 minutes
Third set was 20 minutes.
I did do some pumping the day before although I heard against it, after my first set I seemed longer than ever after my first set at almost 7” BPEL, maybe I was hornier at this measurement than when I took my first ones

Three sets again so far and I’m planning one before I go to bed tonight
All three 20 minutes with 10 minutes rest.
I did try pumping again last night, but I seem normal EL length this time. Maybe the spread out sets are more beneficial to me, but I am going to not pump two days in a row anymore, possibly will cut it out completely. Going to alternate spread out sets and condensed sets to see if I can recreate yesterdays length.

Felt great today and started incorporating 5 lbs into my sets for 20 total minutes and the rest of the 1 hour and 10 minutes were with the 2.5 lbs. Sets were 20 minutes each

Using the 5 lb to fatigue myself, although it’s already feeling like the 2.5 lb isn’t doing much. Going to add more time per day to set in before I permanently move to 5 lbs

Typical sets for today have been 5 minutes of 2.5 lbs, 10 of 5 lbs then switch it to 2.5 lbs for the last 5. Did an hour total in the morning and am currently hanging. Going to 2.5 hours total today.

Good tips, will update with precise measurements every month. Right now I’m in the mindset of anything is better than nothing since I’ve started and not to measure . I’d probably get excited and go too fast.

The days have been a blur but I have managed hanging every day at least 45 min. I had a sharp pain on the side of my shafts today that makes me worried, possibly an attachment point that on my shaft that is focusing load in one spot. It feels like a nerve kind of pain, defiantly going to experiment with adjusting settings again. I did recently start stretching my penis out when I tightened the hanger and changed where I attached it after realizing the first five days I was mostly targeting skin stretching. I was doing the 5 pounds, but it looks like I have to figure this out before I move up in weight. Being on my second week, what’s strange is that my flaccid length is longer hanging straight down but when I hold to measure it gets shorter.

Tried my new adjustments, everything worked well and managed another hour and a half

Was able to hang at 5 pounds most of today. I got in about 2 hours total hang time and still working on it as of now, might have to back off some tomorrow depending on how I feel. Sets have been about 10 to 15 minutes before getting too cold and purple for comfort, still has feeling but I’m cutting my sets under 20 min just in case. Planning on throwing on an extra pound Friday.

Also updating non erect measurements. (Saving erect for 1 month in) My BPFL hanging has grown to 5 inch, however when I hold it SO and measure I lose an inch (non stretched in both measurements) I’m assuming this is from the ligament stretching out but the tunica not being worked on since I am hanging SD and BTC when I can

Update for the last 5 days

I’ve never been a strict or organized person, I just have a goal (like I need to hang 10 hours a week and a light set in the morning and night) then go to do it as I can. These past two weeks I have put in almost twenty hours, I can tell the fatigue is starting to set in at the attachment point. It seems my max is about 7 pounds, I’ve never finished a set with it, and as of right now I’m trying to ride it out with about 4 pounds. I want to note my pain on the left side of my shaft at higher weights. I have a slight curve to the left in my shaft and I think the hanging has been especially hard on the slightly shorter side of my shaft. No pain at lower than 5 pounds today.

So far these past days have been 15 min set in the morning, 3-5 sets in the evening to equal up to 1 hour, and a 15 min before bed set. All except for the 18th where I had a rest day and just did the 15 min in the morning and night.

You shouldnt feel pain. At most discomfort.
Try to hang weight according the tissue most influenced. You might first elongate your left side and then the weight will be distributed even at some point.

congrats for the time you put in. Remember to keep going or time already done is wasted(apart from experience gained).

That’s great time you are making. So is it actually pain or is just discomfort. Pain = bad. Discomfort with no negative PI’s = use you’re own judgement but it’s likely ok.
