I just got my hanger two weeks ago and I want to start my log. My two weeks experimenting is over and I’ve found an acceptable configuration for my hanger with 1 lb.
4-5” E girth at different parts
Three sets today spread out over around 4 hours. (2.5 lbs until otherwise noted)
First set 15 min.
Second set almost 20 minutes
Third set was 20 minutes.
I did do some pumping the day before although I heard against it, after my first set I seemed longer than ever after my first set at almost 7” BPEL, maybe I was hornier at this measurement than when I took my first ones
Three sets again so far and I’m planning one before I go to bed tonight
All three 20 minutes with 10 minutes rest.
I did try pumping again last night, but I seem normal EL length this time. Maybe the spread out sets are more beneficial to me, but I am going to not pump two days in a row anymore, possibly will cut it out completely. Going to alternate spread out sets and condensed sets to see if I can recreate yesterdays length.
