After first hearing about PE, I researched and experimented with jelqs off and on for several months. I never saw any massive results but also never gave a consistent effort. Two months ago I decided to begin a consistent routine. I am currently doing the JP 90 program. I usually try and do the routine at least 2-3 days in a row followed by 1-2 rest days depending on how I am feeling. There have been minor setbacks along the way such as spots on the head, discoloration on the shaft, and soreness which at times keeps me away for longer than 2 days. I’ve noticed my penis is usually sore when I have sex a few hours after which makes it not as enjoyable. There was a two week period during the first month where I did not do any PE but other than that I have been consistent. Thus far, I have been very pleased with my results and will continue doing these exercises. Here are my results:
BPEL: 5.5 in.
BPEL: 5.75 in.
BPEL: 6.5 in. EG: 4 in.
I have not been measuring girth until recently, but I have noticed an increase in girth and EQ. Here are some things I have noticed for myself:
-Good stretching makes a huge impact
-Best results (for me) post jelq come from a comfortable firm grip as opposed to a tight painful pull
-Too much pain usually results in a loss of blood which never leads to good routine results
My end goal is BPEL: 8 in. EG: 5.5
I am still new to all of this and have not done any exercises other than those found in the JP90 day guide. I would appreciated tips or feedback if anyone has them for me
