hot shower with 30 full rotation light stretches both directions after 10 mins heat

jelqing 10-20 mins increasing weekly by 5 mins then back after 6th week rest (no jelq)

hot cloth with kegeling 5mins and removing lotion

manual stretches 100-300 seconds increasing by 100 weekly as with jelq

stretches are forward, down, up for max 300 secs (10 sec breaks every 50 to shake)

mid-left, low-left, high-left alternating with same on right for max 100 each (with shake breaks)

1000-2500 kegels during exercises and shower

hot cloth (when available at this point-long story)

per month: wk 1-lower workout every 2-3 days

wk 2-middle workout every other day

wk 3-highest wkout 3 days on 1 off

wk 4-6 additional day

wk off
