I take MK-677 to supplement my weight lifting, but no ginko or arginine right now. I’ll have to get some when I get home to encourage some extra blood flow. I’ve been doing some research on hard gainers and I think I fall into that category. I might just have to start doing the Peter Dick Method and change my routine weekly to keep my tissues guessing. braindrain has a super detailed thread about how he achieved his gains and I might give that a try! I’m determined to reach my goal and will continue to research on how to get there. Any advice on routines would be great!

Changing it up

Its been a month since I added any time to my routine so I’m thinking I should change things up. I read wadzillas thread about his big gainer friend and thought I would try this routine. This routine was done first thing in the morning 7 days a week. In a nutshell it looked like this.

10min warm up
Wet Jelqs - 3 second strokes very light grip
5min Reheat
Stretching - straight out - moderate pull
Stretching - upward - moderate pull
10min Warm down

The amount of time wadzilla says his buddy did PE is insane ( an hour or more a day). I’ll start moderately by doing 10min of wet jelqing and 12min of stretching (2min per hold). I’ll try this everyday for 2 weeks and see what happens. If I feel like this is over working my unit I will take days off and always follow my PI’s. I think jelqing before stretching will help make my jelqs more effective and allow me to get a better grip on my penis. I will start this routine next week when I return from my business trip. LETS GOOOOOO!!!!

Yes I think a change is due. I was toying with the idea of doing my jelqs and then hitting the shower to rinse off and warm up again before stretching. I might also try using a piece of paper towel to help with my grip if I’m not able to take a shower. I’ll figure it out with some trial and error.

Interesting. I wonder what this equates to when using hand processes?

I thought so too. Gravity and the weight of the arm are about 7lbs, so all we need is a little extra body weight when increasing tension of the stretch. This put the amount of power I generate when stretching into perspective for me. I’ve been stretching too hard and not relaxing into a nice long stretch.

12min stretches - 4 x 3min holds with light tension under IR light

I think it’s easy to pull to hard. 7lbs isn’t that much. When doing manual stretch to hard and long my glans gets small and my grip gets bad due to the glans not getting enough blood.

Better to take it nice and easy and last longer.

I agree! I have to tell myself everyday to slow down when stretching or I’ll end up pulling to hard and to quickly and not getting the stretch that I want. The saying “slow and steady wins the race” applies all methods of PE.

Hold penis extended until it cools down to body temp.

I’ve been trying to figure our how to use the V-grip (knuckle grip) correctly but it feels uncomfortable on my hands and I cant seem to get a good grip. I’ll keep working on it but any tips would be great.

Warmed up with a shower
12min stretching under IR light - 6 x 2min holds - SD, SO, UP
Hold extended until unit returns to body temp.

I skipped the jelqs today and I seem to be turtling a lot less. I’m going continue with a 2 on 1 off jelq schedule and stretch 6 on 1 off.
I have also begun an experiment with using Magic Shaving Powder To remove discoloration on my frenulum. I applied it for 10min before washing it off and will do this every other day. I have noticed some slight irritation/ redness so I will be watching this closely.

5min warm up
150 wet jelqs - 3 seconds strokes
Hot Shower with light bundled stretches
14min stretching under IR light - 2-3min holds Down, SO, UP
Held extended until penis reaches body temp (maybe 5min total)

I will increase jelq and stretching time every 3 weeks.

Great flaccid hang all day. I’ve been measuring my BPFSL after every workout and it seems to vary between 6.25” and 6.5”. I will keep track of this measurement and see what happens… maybe it will translate to an erect increase. Relaxing progressive stretching is something I’m trying to work on and I think its helping me slow things down while doing my routine. Paper towel is a great grip aid.

8min warm up
150 wet jelqs - 3-5 second strokes
Hot shower with light bundled streches

Couldn’t stretch due to lack of privacy but I will get them in tonight. 12-14min of progressive relaxation stretching as I have been doing all week.
