Most of the time… I seem to hang lower and have a fuller flaccid and my EQ is good but its kinda sporadic which makes it hard to know if I should slow down or ramp things up. I think I should read sparkyx PI thread again.

Stretched 25 mintues this morning under IR light and skipped the bathmate. I skipped it yesterday too and my unit seemed to hang lower than it normally does which is a good sign. I’m thinking of taking the bathmate out of my routine for now and replacing that time with a 5min massage to regain circulation. Tonight I will stretch for 5-10min and do 150 wet jelqs all under the IR light. GROW DICK GROW!

Stretched for 23min followed by a 5min jelq/ massage all under the IR light. I’ve removed the bathmate from my routine and replaced it with and ADS for 3 hours after my morning routine. I look forward to 10min stretch and 150 wet jelqs tonight.

Since I’ve adjusted my routine a little bit I’m starting to feel my ligs getting sore about an hour after I take off my ADS. No negative PI so I will continue with this routine for at least a couple weeks.

23min stretching and 50 wet jelqs this morning followed by 3 hours wearing two golf weights. 10min stretching and 150 wet jelqs tonight. Feeling discouraged I haven’t gained anything but these feelings will pass, they always do. Think positive Phil.

I think positivity can make all the difference. You are really dedicated and this must pay off in the long run.

Are you getting any flaccid improvement?

I’m feeling much more positive today than yesterday. I had pretty bad anxiety yesterday and I’m sure that’s what was getting me down. My flaccid hangs low for a few hours after I take off the ADS but then tends to go back to normal. I usually do a couple JAI stretches when I hit the bathroom to keep my unit stretched out.

24.5min of manual stretching today under the IR light followed by 75 wet jelqs. Going for another 10min of stretching and 200 wet jelqs tonight under the IR light. I’m going to get some edging in tonight before bed which always makes me have an insanely hard erection when I wake up in the morning. I know this will pay off, I just want it to happen over night :-P

I was able to stretch just fine last night but couldn’t get hard enough to get a good jelqing session… felt like I was jelqing a noodle. Needless to say I didn’t get any edging in but that’s okay! I woke up today and did 150 wet jelqs, even tho it’s supposed to be a day off, to make up for last night. Hopefully my EQ rebounds by tomorrow.

This morning I my routine looked like this; Warmed up for 10min, did 150 wet jelqs, took a hot shower and then stretched for 16min in all directions under IR light. Tonight I will wet jelq 50 - 5 second strokes followed by 20-25min of stretching all directions under the IR.

I decided to jelq before stretching just to try it out and it seemed to go well. I was able to maintain a better grip on my penis and the stretches felt great. I have also switched my day and night routines as I find it easier to jelq in the morning and stretching seems to be easier at night. I’m not sure why stretching at night is easier but it’s just something I’ve noticed. My EQ hasn’t been great lately so I’m thinking of taking an extra day off this week to see if it bounces back. I have stopped watching porn for over 2 weeks… maybe this is what is effecting my EQ. My dick WILL grow bigger!

It took me 2-3 month of porn detox before it really made a positive difference but it is well worth doing.

Thanks for the time reference Hame. I think I read that on your thread a little while back and its always nice to have someone else’s incite. I’m committed to not watching any as long as I can because I think it gives me anxiety about sex and myself.

Saturday I did a total of 30min stretching all directions and 300 wet jelqs all under my IR light (this was split between 2 PE sessions).

Sunday was a day off but I did some minor pumping to keep me engorged all day. When I say minor I mean 4min in the pump for 3 sets with the pressure registering at 0Hg on my gauge. Even though I was at 0Hg I could see my penis swelling up beyond its normal hardness and size.

Today I have done 100 wet jelqs and stretched for 12min all directions. I plan on doing 150 wet jelqs and 20min of stretching when I get home from work. I warm up/ down for at least 5min before all forms of PE… just throwing that out there.

If you don’t mind me saying, I think you are doing a hard routine on your penis. You say that you don’t get hard erections, and to me that is a sign that your penis need to have a break without any exercises or pumping at all. Leave your penis for a week and let him rest properly, but you can use the IR lamp from time to time to warm him. I think - like body building, although the penis isn’t muscle tissue - it needs rest to recouperate and build new cells. Good luck, and we all hope you’ll see some results soon.

This past week off has let my EQ bounce back to full force and allowed me to witness and remember how my dick feels when not under the stress of PE. I plan on taking 1 more week off and then starting with a much less intense routine…. probably just start from square one with the newbie routine but really focusing on slow stretching and perfect jelqing. This time I will focus solely on improving EQ and if this drops for more than a day I will rest.

Great stuff!! I feel I need to take a break soon too as my EQ in the last few days has dropped and things feel tired. Maybe start end of the week, you’ve re-inspired me to focus on the need for a break again
