Gregorian's Routine

stretch in morning bathtub-5 min jelq for 5-10 minutes after bath. stretch a little during the day. jelq a little during the day started with 2 lbs hang weight and moved up a lb after each 2 weeks. now hang 10 lbs for 15 minutes about 4 times a week usually only one session tried some new dry jelqing lately by clasping the forefinger and middle finger together with the other hand. like the v stretch. i mainly do this dry. my wife is really into this also. i am really proud of my gains and plan to continue for some time. thank you for the website. it really is great
