Have not posted in quite a while. I have been very, very focused on my exercise routine and over the last 2 weeks have restarted a steady PE routine (was doing some off and on, but nothing consistent). I’m getting more and better sleep right now which has helped be focused on a good PE routine. Plus, with it being summer time, I have a bit more time.

My body fat is slowly dropping but I am losing inches right now which is good. I figure the method of measuring body fat has a lot to do with why it is not changing, but I have busted through some plateaus that have bothered me for a while.

PE wise, here is my overall routine:

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
5 minute warm-up
5 minute stretch
Jelq (started at 5, then 7, now up to 10 minutes)
Pumping (started at 10, now up to 15)
Jelq 5 minutes
Warm down

Sunday - Pump at slightly increasing pressures. Up to 25 minutes, will go to 30 this week.

My goal is to keep with this routine over the next few months up until vacation and then adjust after that.

In other news, wife got breast implants. They are awesome. She has felt sexier and it is paying off in the bedroom.
