’ Evening,

I am starting a thread here so I can keep track of my progress and get some help along the way.

I started a couple of weeks ago, I wasn’t paying much attention to taking measurements and I was not really understanding what I was doing. Sometimes I did a lot of stretching and little jelq, sometimes the opposite.

So, now, I am getting serious with this routine thing. I intend to do manual stretching and jelq to, one day, start hanging.

Now my routine is like this (and I am attached to it):

1 - 10min warm up with a thermal bag (those with some gel inside).I found it really easy to set up and doesn’t need much explanations should anyone ask.
2 - 10min stretching (left, right, front, up and down. 4 sets of 30s each)
3 - 2min warm up
3 - 20min of Dry Jelq (I am not circumcised, so wet jelq made my foreskin swell or something, dry jelq seems to be working better).
4 - 5min warm down

I use to do kegels while driving, so it looks less like a waste of time (driving, not kegels). Haha

Well, Measured BPEL 16.9 x 4.9 one of these days.

Trying to do 2 on, 1 off whenever possible.

Advice:

1)Whilst jelqing keep in mind your intentions. This could be the difference in gaining. I know because when I first started, I was like “okay if I make my fingers like that and slide my hand up my dick, it’ll be longer” and wondered why it took months to see minimal gains. Your intent should be to stretch the corpus cavernosa(erectile chambers) with the blood of an semi-erect penis. Really intend to stretch them whilst going along the shaft. Idk if you watch bleach the anime show but that would help explain it.

2) Keep hanging in the back of your mind. If PE is your life you should know what I mean by such implications. Think about hanging eventually <_<.

I see what you mean, Tony. I think what I was doing is exactly that, not caring about what jelq was really doing to the shaft.
I will pay attention to that stretch you said. Anyway I never watched bleach and I am really curious to what it has to do with correct jelq. Haha

Just to get this registered, yesterday I had the best of my feedback from PE.

I don’t really know if it was some sort of coincidence, but here it goes:
I am dating my girlfriend for nine months already and she never said anything regarding my penis size. Once, when the subject came around in a post-coital conversation she said she loved it, that it was kinda “medium-big”. Anyway, I know she loves me pretty much and she would never say anything about my dick that would make me feel bad. Our sex is amazing, I just PE because I want to give her more.

Bottom line, yesterday morning we woke up and started cuddling in bed, I had a morning boner and she grabbed it and said it felt bigger in her hand, then she started analyzing it and told, after I asked, that she could not tell for sure, but it was thicker. I said it probably was just an impression, it wouldn’t be possible for it to be bigger because of that and said nothing about PE. Wanna see her feedback because that’s the most important thing to me.

Anyway, wanted to share that. I started a few days ago and, coincidence or not, seems like it’s already getting results.

I have been trying to PE as scheduled as I can, although my daily routine can’t cooperate with that. I have been able to do it about three times a week along the month and here are my first impressions:

I can’t notice any length gain, don’t know if I have measured it right the first time, though. I have noticed a slight girth gain, it’s been noticed even by my girlfriend, who has no idea that I started PE or what PE is about, this has refueled my will and discipline to go on.

So, apparently I went from EG 4.91 to 5.110 along the month. Maybe I have measured wrong in the beginning, but I had noticed a slight gain in girth, either way.
Along with it I noticed a better EQ. When I am really horny it looks a lot HARDER and even cumming is stronger, looks like I ejaculate with more pressure, idk.

I also noticed I have been hornier than ever. I want to have sex every time, my penis is ALWAYS HARD. This has made even PE more difficult, I touch it and it gets hard, so I have to concentrate on something for it to be flaccid again.

Anyway, I am here to register these reports so I know my own feedback.
I will continue to do it as best as I can.

By the way, I am going to jelq before and stretch later, I noticed it’s harder to get an erection right after stretching and it has given me problems with jelqing.

Just for the record, I had some days out of PE for schedule reasons, doing piss pulls whenever I could.

Got back yesterday, had a nice session with warm up and tried the V-stretch, which seemed extremely better and I could actually feel the stretch, so, from now on it will be:

10min warm up
5min stretch
10min V stretch
10min BTC stretch
30min dry jelq
5min warming

Piss pulls whenever I piss and kegels every other day.

Btw, I noticed my flaccid hang is looking better, gonna measure it next month.

I decided to start a personal journal on PE so I know how is my training going and can see actual results, as my schedule is a really crazy one, a fixed routine is impossible. Maybe that’s an issue, since I will be doing, like, 3 days on, 4 off, then 4 on, 5 off. It’s awful.

Anyway, about that journal, I’m using an app for android so I update it real quickly and use this thread for advices, routine registering and these more useful stuff.

Anyway, I’ve been reading a lot and decided to change my new training a bit because of that Cool down theory - Cool Down - YES You NEED It!

So, according to this theory, tunica stretches easier when heated and we should try to cool it while stretched so it “retains” new size easier.
Therefore, I am now doing a 5min warming on the beginning and another 5min on intervals, like this:

5min warm up
15min stretching (3x1min stretch front, 3x1 down, 3x1 down left, 3x1 down right, 3x1 up)
5min warm up
10min V-stretch (3x1min up, 3x1 down, 2x1 left, 2x1 right)
5min warm up
20min dry jelq
5x20s amazing isometrics
Then let it cool down while stretched with a cold towel

Well, let’s see what I can get. =]

I am here just to announce, for my unexplainable pleasure, that I measured today and discovered an increase of 5 millimeters. Haha.

Well, can’t help the happiness, despite being less than one quarter inch, it’s so amazing to see results.

I had a small increase in girth as well, but length is my priority for now.

Back to this, after many changes in routine and life itself, my PE has been reduced to :

Manual stretches throughout the day (whenever I hit the bathroom or am alone) as much as possible being : SO, Left, right, down, up. Each of them is followed by a fulcrum stretch at base, mid and end. Each of these stretches is 15s. Been able to do 5 per day.

Jelq twice a week with warm up.
Autoxleeve hanging 2lb 4 sets of 10min for starting twice a week.

Let’s see what we get.

Like your new routine.
Just would add the BTC-stretch and occasionally do some rotary-stretches to get the root loose.

Moreover I would integrate JAI-stretches/piss pulls when using the toilet.
A alternative for fast stealth stretching with good results are pendulum stretches and dld-blasters.
They are fast to do and effective.

Will do sth similar as I got not a lot of privacy in the next weeks.

If you are interested, I can post my routine.

All in all, your plan looks solid and promising.
Can’t wait to see you reaching your goals.

I’ve been able to do it pretty consistently through the last weeks, I will search these rotary stretches as well.
Btc are done when I hit the shower because I am not “clean” all day, if you get my point.

I was thinking about JAIs too, do you think I should add them to the routine or do the routine using them?

I admire your thoughts on your routines, should you ever post, I would definitely read.
