Goingthedistance's Routine and progress
I am starting a thread here so I can keep track of my progress and get some help along the way.
I started a couple of weeks ago, I wasn’t paying much attention to taking measurements and I was not really understanding what I was doing. Sometimes I did a lot of stretching and little jelq, sometimes the opposite.
So, now, I am getting serious with this routine thing. I intend to do manual stretching and jelq to, one day, start hanging.
Now my routine is like this (and I am attached to it):
1 - 10min warm up with a thermal bag (those with some gel inside).I found it really easy to set up and doesn’t need much explanations should anyone ask.
2 - 10min stretching (left, right, front, up and down. 4 sets of 30s each)
3 - 2min warm up
3 - 20min of Dry Jelq (I am not circumcised, so wet jelq made my foreskin swell or something, dry jelq seems to be working better).
4 - 5min warm down
I use to do kegels while driving, so it looks less like a waste of time (driving, not kegels). Haha
Well, Measured BPEL 16.9 x 4.9 one of these days.
Trying to do 2 on, 1 off whenever possible.
