This is my routine and 2 month progress/results thus far:

When I first decided to get into PE, I didn’t realize how out of shape my fella truly was. My erections were weak, my urine stream was weak, my glans stayed soft/deflated throughout arousal except when edging.

I wasn’t even aware that my girth was lame and I remembered thinking my length used to be 1/4” more. Oh, the sadness. However, I was encouraged by remembering that years ago I had done ULI’s for like a week without knowing what they even were and my girlfriend at the time mentioning it immediately during sex. She was tiny and did not want me any larger, so I quit.

I have been on a health/fitness kick and it has now come to include keeping my fella in better shape as well. I have a low body fat % and my length gains are not from lost weight. ( I am a vegetarian, quit smoking, cut back on drinking, and exercise regularly)

Anyhow, I have probably been dumb about some of this, but I have results.
First three weeks:
Sets of ULI’s until spots would appear or edema. Probably 10-30min a day, every day.
I would really just try and get everything plumped up and expand the glans as much as I could. The glans started off being very soft and deflated most all the time unless I was about to cum or was really squeezing the heck out of the shaft. I had lines/wrinkles on the head when it was erect, not a smooth surface which is what I tried to achieve each time.

I basically got spots and or edema every day, which made me feel like I was doing enough damage to make a difference. These would all fade by the next day and if there was a slight spot still, it never hurt anything going right back into it.

Somewhere around the second or third week I developed a small lymph vessel on the shaft below the glans going width-wise. I didn’t actually know what it was and thought it was a new vein. It did however annoy the hell out of me because I didn’t like how it felt when stroking myself. After looking it up, I got nervous and quit for three days. That was the longest I have taken off and basically said, screw it and went back to PE. I should note that I believe this came from masturbating after PE, because it would subside and then reappear if I jerked off after exercises. I decided to stop masturbating after PE and the lymph cleared on its own regardless of the fact that I continued exercises.

Around the beginning of the 4th week, spots stopped appearing regardless of how intense I worked and this was when I looked into trying some new things.
From the 4th week to beginning of 6th week I did one set in the evening and from then to now I have basically held to the three times a day routine only taking a day off if my EQ goes down.

15-20min Morning: Edge, mild ULI’s, erect bends
30min Afternoon: Edge, Erect bends, ULI’s, Horse440’s
45min Night: Edge, Erect bends, ULI’s, Horse440’s, some form of intense compression (Frendo, pan squeeze? Rolling pin type stuff)

I had at some point noticed that my base shaft was weak and would bend easily. What I did to correct this was to switch my grip while masturbating from using a normal grab your cock grip to an overhand grip and use my penis/hips for thrust rather than my hand. Basically instead of jerking upward, I began to thrust outward and the grip change encouraged my base to have to carry/adjust to the pressure. I also in this process would focus on plumping up my glans before stroking and if it deflated, I would stop and get it to plump back up before continuing. Through whatever means, this has toughened my base and led to my glans staying full throughout arousal.

My base girth is thicker than shaft and is clearly from larger CS. My efforts have been to get this mass to carry up along the shaft and it appears to be doing just that.

My goal is simply to be a solid 5.5” MEG and hopefully this can be done without more length gains.

Uli’s and bends work great and I noticed that around 50 to 75% erection level gave me good expansion. Personally, I loved the red spots because it gave me a “workout gauge”.

You mentioned you are exercising. Since girth is the goal you may want to add an exercise (yeah it’s an odd one) which will really carry over into your girth workouts. Either one of these work extremely well. Hang from a pull up bar for as long as possible or hold a barbell like you’re gonna do some curls - don’t do anything other than a hold - for as long as possible.

Do 2 sets 2 or 3 times per week for a while. Your hands and forearms will get super strong and so will your ability to squeeze.

Yea, I really don’t want anyone to hurt themselves pushing too hard, but also think it is important to push yourself right to the limit. However within a month, there wasn’t much I could do that would result in any discoloration or negative effects beyond fatigue.

I do both full erection bends and semi-erect bends, perhaps should have noted that as they are distinctly different in parts targeted.

Elvis, I have actually been doing grip workouts like the ones you speak of and I definitely am able to keep my grip better at this point than when I first started. I am no scientist, but I do believe that chemicals play a role behind the scenes in gains. What chemicals? No clue. But working out increases testosterone levels and that is one which would seem quite helpful to increase. As can be seen, I also feel that edging is important and maintaining elevated levels of arousal not just inflation. I have done a lot of reading between sites for the last couple months, I am sure there are some write ups on this and will search some out. I am wondering actually if there are significant gain differences between people who are out of shape and those in good overall physical condition.

Be careful there. I’ve been doing this for many years and routinely put some serious pressure on my cock, but I never do erect bends. That’s just asking for trouble.

My fully erect bends do not get bent terribly far, maybe an inch or so? You kinda naturally know, “Hey I think my dick will break if I go further”. I work different sections/angles fully erect as the pressure distribution is much different than the semi’s. With semi-erect bends I abuse the heck out of the fella.

I have added kegels to my daily routine to increase EQ. Also while messing around with a type of glans “mash/smash” thing I read somewhere, I basically ended up doing a slow squash jelq(though whether or not supposed to, I do not bring lower hand toward glans hand just enough to keep pressure). I will be adding the SSJ to my routine as it definitely gave a good pump.

Have noticed that temporary gains after a PE session have gone up from .25”, to a post work out gain of .50”. This makes me think I am in for some more gains. I do not think I am pushing any harder, but rather just being able to stretch tunica easier.

I have changed up my PE routine a bit where I am giving myself more downtime to recover.
Morning: 10-15min mild ULI’s, semi erect bends
Evening: 10min Edge, 10min intense ULI’s, 10min horse440’s, 10min SSJ/Head mashers, 10min Frendos once from top/bottom and once from sides.

I only do a few erect bends opposite a slight curve I have and the semi erect bends are not giving the expansion that they did in the beginning so I have cut back.
I am trying to further increase my glans to a point where it will not fit into a toilet paper roll(roughly 5 1/4” inside diameter), and I am currently at 4.75” at the glans. I never measured my glans in the beginning, but it is about 50% bigger than it was originally.

My MEG and BEG are continuing to show improvement, but I don’t really try to measure my very bottom base girth because all of the skin just makes it very unreliable when measuring. I measure up from base about an inch and then my MEG an inch below the glans. My lower base shaft is starting to go over 5.5” but as it is not my focus, I pay more attention to my MEG where the lower 5.5” area is continuing to crawl up the shaft and increase girth of the 5.25” area, shortening it.

I was doing kegels but felt that did little other than fatigue me as I can already dry orgasm. However in trying to strengthen my erection to where it points upward rather than wanting to point outwards. I have quickly seen improvement in erectile strength by thrusting toward my hand and bending slightly in any weakened directions of my base while maintaining best possible EQ. I am trying to get a natural response of “needing to strengthen in order for penetration”. I feel the body will respond better to a natural need for improvement. I also will grip the end of my shaft and while holding a kegel I do fast short push/pulls without sliding my hand, which puts a lot of small impact forces upon my base.

Back to the toilet paper roll, I hadn’t tried it since beginning PE as at my original MEG of 4.75” I easily slid in and it depressed me, ha. Now the only part that goes in is my glans, which honestly I do not know how to properly measure? It may be larger than the 4.75” as there doesn’t seem to be a lot of free space between it and the tube. Mostly the frenelum area before the CS really starts is not bulky? I don’t know if that is where people measure, as in around glans bottom edge and frenelum, or glans edge and a little lower on back side. Either way it doesn’t matter, as when it no longer fits in a toilet paper roll I will give myself a high five and chug a beer.

I really feel I am getting better expansion during PE than I ever have before and this being a week into my third month, feel that I will make good gains in the next couple weeks.

After looking from a better angle and measuring around the corona where it meets shaft, my glans girth is more accurately 5”.

My true BEG is at 6” and I really don’t know what my gains were because I have always measured up an inch from base, but it does seem larger than it was. So I guess my shaft starts off at 6” drops to 5.5” then drops to 5.25” at upper shaft and finally 5 at the corona. My goal is getting the corona to 5.25” and the upper shaft to 5.5”. I will be tracking my shaft width as well, which is currently 1.75”

I have begun gripping lower while finger clamping at my base, to where I squeeze closer toward the taint like when using an overhand ok grip. This section of the CS seems much larger and gives me a larger plump when exercising. I have no idea why it took me so long to try this, and I can definitely feel the difference.

My glans is responding very well lately with added focus and has visually filled out more. As my EQ raises, I find that I am doing exercises with more force and can see gains accordingly. I am waiting until the end of the month to really check stats.

New squeeze added to routine:

Finger clamp at base like you would a uli and instead of a double finger clamp, I wrap three fingers around the shaft with my other hand and squeeze against my palm of that hand. I hit it from different angles/areas and it is significantly different force than when just using circular finger clamping.

Exercises which put force from the glans downward toward the base are having visible results on thickening the upper portion of my shaft. Most notable results upon upper 3rd are seen from the slow squash jelqs and the head mashers(grip half inch below glans with roughly 50% erection and smash glans with palm of other hand).

As well my grip/technique for horse440’s has changed and perhaps is or is not the proper way, but is giving me the biggest plump of anything I have done. I finger clamp off at the base and turn the dink so it is belly up toward the left or right side allowing me to grip the glans better and watch the CS expansion. With as much blood in shaft/glans as possible, I finger clamp with other hand directly below the glans corona on shaft and then close the rest of my grip moving all blood out of glans and into shaft. I then apply steady pressure from the compressed glans toward the base and my god it works. When keeping the penis in a normal position and just squeezing the end and forcing downward, I was not getting anywhere close to the same effect. So, it is either a true horse440 or an improvement upon the grip, but it is hands down the most pressure I have had in the shaft.
