Warm Up
Stretch in eight directions, 30 seconds each direction
jelq down 50 times rather fast while standing - kegel/squeeze every ten
slow jelq while holding base 10 X 5 with kegel/squeeze every jelq
O - bends/semi erect-"plumped" bends in four directions adding a finger for each and sliding up on the fifth set
finish showering
wear silicon cup ADS 1-2 hours later for 6-8 hours checking / switching legs every two to three hours
Wear silicon/copper/zinc cock ring at night for recovery and on off days during the day
