Godzuki's Routine

* Stretching in all directions for 30 seconds repeating 4 times (also throughout the day just a little stretch whilst at work on a toilet break)

* Jelq & pumping: Jelq for about 5 minutes then pump for 5 minutes * 3 sets of this

* Kegels throughout the day

* Wearing the Ring Of Power (to supposedly increase testosterone levels)
