GoDeep's Routine

In the morning, I do 100 dry jelqs alternating hands and grips every 25 reps, and I do 5-10 10-rep horse squeezes.

In the evening, I repeat the same workout.

1-300 quick kegels/day
10-15 20-second-hold kegels/day
